  <p>We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated Clinical/Counselling Psychologist or CBT Therapist to join our dynamic Diabetes Psychology Team (30 hours per week).</p> <p>If you are an enthusiastic and motivated clinician with experience in working with people with diabetes or Long-Term Conditions (LTC), and you are passionate about delivering evidence-based psychological interventions and service development, we encourage you to apply.</p> <p>This is an excellent opportunity to develop advanced clinical skills within a multidisciplinary team and be involved in a key service development project. Regular supervision will be provided.</p> <p>The post holder will be responsible for delivering a specialist psychology service to patients living with Type 2 diabetes in Well Street Common PCN and Hackney Marshes PCN.</p> <p>Your work within the Diabetes Psychology team will be central to improving patient engagement, self-management, and overall outcomes, with a specific focus on addressing health inequalities. This includes identifying and working with patients who struggle to attend appointments, as well as providing one-to-one and group-based support for individuals struggling with diabetes related distress. It will also involve wider outreach in the community and skilling up primary care staff to improve effectiveness of patient contact.</p> <p>You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team with disciplines including Endocrinology, Nursing, Psychology, Dietetics, and Diabetes Lay Educators and the wider primary care team.</p>

  <ul>  <li>Clinical: Providing specialist psychological interventions to complex patients living with Type 2 diabetes, within HM &amp; WSC PCNs to improve self-management and promote active, healthy lifestyles.</li>  <li>Service &amp; Community Engagement: Identifying barriers to engagement in diabetes management within the two PCNs through focused research, including questionnaires and focus groups.</li>  <li>Awareness &amp; Outreach: Engaging with the community to raise awareness of diabetes management resources, with a strong focus on marginalised groups.</li>  <li>Staff Training &amp; Support: Skilling up existing staff on the knowledge and awareness of psychological barriers to engagement in diabetes care, and utilising resources like MDMs to improve the effectiveness of patient contact and reduce disengagement.</li>  <li>Peer Support: Setting up peer support initiatives based on identified need, making strategic use of existing community resources.</li>  <li>Sustainability: Developing a sustainable model of care that can be fully integrated into the PCN's ongoing services after the initial funding period concludes.</li> </ul>

  <p>We are recruiting a <strong>part-time (30 hours per week) substantive Band 7 CAMHS Clinician</strong>to join the <strong>Adolescent Mental Health Team (AMHT)</strong>within <strong>ELFT South Bedfordshire CAMHS</strong>, based in Luton. This is a community-focused role providing a highly specialist mental health service to children, young people, and their families presenting with complex mental health needs.</p> <p>As part of the ELFT AMHT, the post holder will deliver comprehensive specialist assessments and formulation-driven treatment packages, offering flexible, evidence-based episodes of care for adolescents presenting with a range of complex and high-risk mental health difficulties. You will work collaboratively within a well-established, supportive, and dynamic multidisciplinary team (MDT) to ensure that young people receive the highest standard of care.</p> <p>We are ideally looking for a <strong>Social Worker or Registered Mental Health Nurse</strong>who also has a background in therapeutic practice, such as <strong>Psychotherapy, Art Therapy, or Family/Systemic Therapy</strong>.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>

<li>You will be supported by an experienced Occupational Therapists and the rest of the team to carry out specific individual work and facilitate a range of activity group interventions.</li>

We are a busy service staffed by psychological professionals enthusiastic about and committed to providing high-quality and compassionate psychological care to patients diagnosed with cancer within Queens Hospital and King George Hospital.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The post-holder will be expected to manage an individual caseload of patients with cancer referred to the service, providing specialist psychological assessments and interventions, both for in-patients and out-patients. They will work closely with colleagues in Cancer Psychological Therapies to manage the waiting list, including offering triage assessments and patient workshops, and ensure risk assessment and management plans are up-to-date and adhered to. They will work collaboratively with colleagues in their team, as well as within the wider oncology services and Trusts as part of providing excellent holistic care for patients. They will be supported to develop working relationships other psychological professionals across Clinical Health Psychological Services and North-East London Cancer Alliance. They will need to be able to routinely travel to both Queens Hospital and King George Hospital. They will attend regular supervision and line management as part of their role.</p>

  <p>We have an exciting 10 month secondment opportunity for a HCPC registered clinical psychologist (band 8A) to provide a highly specialist clinical psychology service to children, young people and families under the care of the Enhanced Treatment Service.</p>
<p>The post holder will provide highly specialist Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectic Behavioural Therapy (DBT) expertise to children and young people supported by the team. The post holder will also offer advice and consultation on clients' psychological care to other members of the team in relation to clinical psychology highly specialist knowledge and skills including CBT, DBT, neuropsychology, knowledge of neurodevelopmental presentations.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, and responsible for the psychological assessment, formulation and treatment interventions for children and young people with complex mental health needs in a Tier 4 CAMHS service. This will include individual and group sessions, for young people and parents, as well as contributing to risk management, care plans and managing caseloads. You will also be responsible for the supervision of junior psychologists (including youth intensive psychological practitioners and trainee psychologists). You will also contribute to the effective working of the team and to a psychologically informed framework for the service.</p>
