  <p>We are currently recruiting for exciting opportunities to join Turning Point and be part of our highly successful and innovative Talking Therapies service.</p><p>Total Wellbeing Luton is an integrated Talking Therapies service combining healthy lifestyles and emotional health programmes provided in partnership with Active Luton and we are looking for a qualified High Intensity CBT Team Leader / Step 3 team Leader to join the team.</p><p>The service in Luton provides person-centered, holistic and accessible wellbeing services which are flexible and creative, easy to access and navigate and responsive to the needs of local people. The service contributes to tackling inequalities in health through promoting and supporting people to develop healthier behaviours and lifestyles in the context of their own local communities.</p><p>As well as supporting the community with improving their physical and emotional heath, we also prioritise our staff wellbeing.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>You will join our team in Luton, working in and around the district, where we specialize in evidence-based psychological therapies. Alongside vast experience of working within Mental Health, you will also have experience of leading and managing teams with a proven ability to develop good therapeutic relationships with clients and working relationships with your colleagues.</p><p>You will also manage your own caseload and inspire your team to meet both service and individual targets, having an IAPT Supervision Course under your belt would be helpful too, but not essential.</p><p>In addition to talking therapies, we offer healthy lifestyle programmes including NHS stop smoking, health checks, and exercise on referral, social prescription, weight management and support with physical activity for people with long term health conditions.</p>

The ATS is a friendly, well regarded multidisciplinary team that delivers specialist support and clinical interventions to adults with severe and complex mental health difficulties. This post provides an exciting opportunity for someone with sound clinical experience, looking to develop and broaden their specialist therapy skills and progress their multidisciplinary team working, supervision, training and leadership roles. The post will offer the opportunity for developing skills in partnership working as we move towards developing our Neighbourhood Mental Health Teams and increase access to psychologically informed interventions as part of community transformation and PT-SMHP developments.</p>

  <p>The post holder will provide a high quality, specialist applied psychology service to clients, their families or carers, where there are complex and comorbid presentations. They will have assessment, intervention and formulation skills in a range of psychological models, including CBT and attachment-based models. The post holder will be expected to take a clinical leadership roleand to have supervisory experience. They will be responsible for the supervision of Assistant Psychologists, Clinical Trainees and Psychology Graduate Volunteers and will support psychological practice within the wider team through consultation, supervision, formulation and training. They will utilise research skills for audit and research within the area and contribute to service improvement and development.</p> <p>There will be opportunities to lead on pathway developments as part of the transformation developing the psychological offer and supporting the MDT in psychological thinking. <p>An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic clinical/counselling psychologist or CBT Therapist, with a background working in child and adolescent services to join our Peterborough Mental Health Support Teams.</p>
<p>The successful candidate will work closely across the 5 Peterborough MHST's, to ensure that the MHST is a success. They will join a dynamic service in a creative environment where evidence-based interventions, new ideas, ways of working and supporting children and young people are actively encouraged.</p>
<p>This is a unique opportunity to engaging in important clinical work within schools and colleges at an early intervention level across Peterborough.</p>

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>This role will support the emotional wellbeing of children and young people across Peterborough, within an early intervention service. The successful applicant will provide psychological assessments and interventions to children, young people and their families, consultation with education establishments, training internally to the Mental Health Support Teams (MHST) within the Emotional Health Wellbeing Service (EHWS) and externally to education staff, and staff from the wider professional network.</p>
<p>This work will be in accordance with clinical governance processes and professional standards.</p>
