The service contributes to tackling inequalities in health through promoting and supporting people to develop healthier behaviours and lifestyles in the context of their own local communities.</p><p>As well as supporting the community with improving their physical and emotional heath, we also prioritise our staff wellbeing.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>You will join our team in Luton, working in and around the district, where we specialize in evidence-based psychological therapies. Alongside vast experience of working within Mental Health, you will also have experience of leading and managing teams with a proven ability to develop good therapeutic relationships with clients and working relationships with your colleagues.</p><p>You will also manage your own caseload and inspire your team to meet both service and individual targets, having an IAPT Supervision Course under your belt would be helpful too, but not essential.</p><p>In addition to talking therapies, we offer healthy lifestyle programmes including NHS stop smoking, health checks, and exercise on referral, social prescription, weight management and support with physical activity for people with long term health conditions.</p>

  <p>We are looking for a creative, forward thinking and motivated Systemic Family Therapist to join our friendly and professional multi-disciplinary Emotional &amp; Behavioural CAMHS Team based in Dunstable, within the South Bedfordshire Specialist CAMHS Service.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
   <p>The post-holder will have significant post qualification experience of working in CAMHS. You will be offering assessment and therapeutic treatment to young people with moderate to severe mental health difficulties and their families/carers, including generic CAMHS assessments as needed. You will be joining with our team's existing systemic psychotherapist and co-facilitating family therapy clinics and groups as appropriate (e.g. NVR and parent sessions), potentially also working alongside therapists from other local CAMHS teams. You will involve parent/carers, schools and other agencies as required. In addition, the post holder will offer consultations, clinical supervision, and internal CPD. You will require a high degree of professional autonomy, organization, and self management, with the ability to work well in a team. You will be supported by regular specialist clinical and management supervision sessions, access to a variety of internal CPD sessions, and annual performance appraisals. You will also participate in weekly clinical discussions with the teams, monthly complex case discussions and a monthly reflective space. There are opportunities to take part in discipline-specific meetings within Bedfordshire CAMHS and ELFT.</p>

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The Milton Keynes Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) Service is a multi-disciplinary team providing treatment and support for people who are experiencing symptoms of psychosis for the first time, and during the first three years following a first episode of psychosis. The service has a strong focus on providing psychological inventions alongside care-coordination, help, advice and support. The team helps service users make sense of their experiences, provides treatment and interventions to enable them to get back to, or continue to, work or study, whilst liaising with other services and agencies to sort out benefits and finances, and help solve any housing problems.</p> <p>A key part of the role will be acting as liaison and Principal Investigator for research trials (e.g. virtual reality CBT) from different universities.</p> <p>Our staff demonstrate an interest in providing a high level of service for service users and carers as well as an interest in service development. We are looking for motivated and committed clinical or counselling psychologists who are passionate to lead the development of psychological therapies and the therapy pathways within our service.</p> <p>Where the applicant will be newly qualified on appointment they will join a number of other recent recruits in Milton Keynes and undergo a well- established, thorough preceptorship programme ensuring they are equipped with the competencies required of an 8a post holder before they progress.</p>

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>The Intensive Support Team (IST) provides a rapid, time limited, community based assessment and treatment service for people with learning disability living in Buckinghamshire, who challenge services and have additional mental health needs. IST seeks to provide an alternative, where appropriate, for Service Users to hospital admission, so as to minimise further disruption to their lives and to the people who care for them within a Multi Disciplinary Team.</p>
<p>We are looking to appoint anenthusiastic and forward thinking Learning Disability Senior Support Worker to join the Intensive Support Team (IST) in Buckinghamshire. The team are based within Buckinghamshire locality with existing links to other local health and social care services.</p>
<p>The successful candidate will assist with the developing and implementation of care planning and assessment working with individuals and their families / carers within their own homes.</p>
<p>In return you will have many opportunities to develop professionally by the provision of regular supervision both on a 1:1 basis and peer group and opportunities to develop you further through training programmes offered.</p>
<p><strong>Please note we are recruiting for 1 Fixed term contract for 12 months.</strong></p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The team provide care for people who have a Learning Disability and or mental Health or Challenging behaviour needs within their own environments.</p>
<p>For this role we are looking for candidates who posses excellent communication skill and can identify and use different methods of communication.</p>
<p>Candidates must have an awareness in assessing risk</p>
<p>IST uses a Positive Behavioural Support as a framework so would be involved in developing and implementing PBS plans in conjunction with the wider Multi Disciplinary Team </p>
<p><strong>This role requires regular travel between sites, potentially at short notice. You will therefore need to have reliable transportation to meet this requirement. Please confirm you are a car driver with a current UK driving license, unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010.</strong>            </p>
