Through sharing wisdom from their own experiences, the peer support worker will inspire hope in others.</p> <p>The peer support worker will act as a recovery champion and an ambassador of positive mental well-being in both clinical and non-clinical environments. There is also an expectation that the peer support worker will be involved in the on-going development of peer support worker roles including such things as training programmes and evaluations.</p> <p>The peer support worker strives to empower individuals to achieve their hopes, dreams and goals by assisting them on their journey.</p>

   <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Band 8a Family and Systemic Psychotherapist to join our multi disciplinary CAMHS service in Bolton. Consideration will also be given to newly qualified Family and Systemic Psychotherapists or those approaching qualification, for whom this would be a development post moving to a Band 8a following 2 years post qualification and preceptorship.</p> <p>The postholder will be expected to ensure delivery and development of a high-quality specialist assessment and intervention offer underpinned by a systemic framework to compliment the range of psychological/therapeutic services within the multi-disciplinary service. They will work mainly within Bolton CAMHS with the expectation for working across the wider GMMH CAMHS division as required. they will offer a specialist service directly to families and young people and also via consultation with system partners and within Bolton CAMHS. <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work alongside the Director for Psychological Professions and the Psychological Professions Workforce and Innovation Lead, on projects associated with the ongoing development of the psychological professions here at Lancashire &amp; South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust.</p>
<p>The role will involve working on a range of projects, supporting the current priorities, primarily related to workforce developments. We will support the successful applicant to access the pre-registered psychology peer network, which is provided within the Trust.</p>
<p>The post will provide valuable experience, insight and preparation for next steps into a Psychological Professions career.</p>
<p>Whilst the post is largely focused on project work, there will be also be clinically focused opportunities within the Trust's psychological services for approximately one day per week.</p>
<p>We have funding for one role, 4 days per week, for 12 months.</p>
<p>You will have excellent organisation skills, be able to manage and maintain upkeep of different databases and be skilled in both statistical analyses (for example, using SPSS and excel), interpreting results and producing reports. Excellent writing skills will be required.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>You will be supervised by a Clinical Psychologist to do the following:</p>
<p>Liaise with all stakeholders/project partners for each project</p>
<p>Review national and local guidance e.g. around qualifications, training and supervision</p>
<p>Keep, update and manage databases.</p>
<p>Run statistical analyses and interpret results.</p>
<p>Collate &amp; interpret qualitative information and descriptive statistics.</p>
<p>Support in the writing of articles.</p>
<p>Support in the development of specific proposals relevant to the project (e.g. career frameworks, training and development)</p>
<p>Write up projects relating to workforce.</p>
<p>Contribute to clinical services, service to be agreed</p>
