<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>Working within Saint Mary's Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC) you will provide administrative and secretarial support to the Counselling team within the SARC Directorate.</p> <p> The post holder will work collaboratively within the multi-disciplinary teams at SARC.</p> <p>  The post holder will be highly organised and experienced in making direct calls to patients/vulnerable adults.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>Booking in counselling appointments and managing counsellor diaries.</p> <p> Liaising with clients about their initial assessment appointments.</p> <p>Co-ordination of group interventions and triaging clients for group.</p> <p>Provide trauma-informed emotional support to clients accessing the SARC, both over the phone and in writing.</p> <p>Carry out initial needs and risk assessments, ensuring safeguarding concerns are identified and responded to appropriately.</p> <p>Triaging and reviewing suitability of referrals.</p> <p>Provide clear information about client's options including pre-trial therapy.</p> <p>Facilitate onward referrals to specialist Counselling, mental health, and community services.</p> <p>Develop and maintain records (written or digital) accurately in line with data protection and organisational policies.</p> <p>Work collaboratively with the wider SARC team and key partner agencies.</p> <p>Adhere to the centre's policies including confidentiality.</p> <p>Work in accordance with the centre's management system and processes.</p> <p>Distribution of educational resources.</p> <p>To participate in and promote the development of the Centre according to Trust policies and protocols.</p> <p>To participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of services.</p>     <h3>About us</h3>

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>Were looking for a PWP or Low Intensity Psychological Worker who will support survivors and their loved ones with evidence-based low intensity interventions.</p><p>Youll play a key role in supporting clients, managing communications, and assisting with volunteers. You will work closely with our Community Development and Criminal Justice Services Practitioners to ensure survivors have access to proper support. All staff have a Thematic Leadership area to expand the organisations knowledge in areas impacting male survivors and their loved ones.</p><p>Youll be a qualified and experienced practitioner working with trauma with a background of mental health and engagement. Were especially keen to hear from people with experience in working with men, sexual harms and their loved ones, but we value transferable skills too. If youre passionate about creating a society where no male survivor is left behind, this could be the role for you.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>Deliver trauma-informed therapeutic services.</p><p>Accurately record clinical interventions.</p><p>Provide a range of information and support for evidence-based, low-intensity psychological interventions whilst working within a flexible and person-centred model of care.</p><p>Undertake specific therapeutic projects as directed by the Senior Management Team.</p>
