  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work within a team environment and be thoroughly conversant with the use of clinical systems.</p>  <p>The Band 5 counsellor will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team providing counselling for depression. The post holder will be expected to hold a clinical caseload and will be provided with clinical supervision. The service will provide the relevant training to acquire a qualification in a Talking Therapies modality (cfc/IPT/ccfd).</p> <p>To acquire the Band 6 post the candidate will need to continue to hold a caseload, be accredited with a professional body, complete and pass a qualification in a Talking Therapy modality (cfc/IPT/ccfd). <p>We have an exciting opportunity in our Lincolnshire County wide CAMHS Eating disorder service for 30 hours per week.</p>
<p>We are a highly specialised team providing psychotherapy for young people up to the age of 18 suffering from Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia, or Binge eating disorder.</p>
<p>As a service, working closely with Adult Eating Disorder services, we also provide the delivery of FREED (First Episode Rapid Early intervention for Eating Disorders) see <a href="https://freedfromed.co.uk" target="_blank">https://freedfromed.co.uk</a></p>
<p>Our team offers early specialist assessment and intervention using evidence-based approaches to young people; up to the age of 18 alongside their family/ carers. These interventions include FBT, CBT-E and Guided self Help.</p>
<p>You will be given the opportunity to develop your skills, knowledge and gain experience in this specialist field and work alongside a knowledgeable, passionate, and dedicated MDT, who are all active in research, education, and training. Our team is made up of Psychiatry, Psychologists, Specialist Nurses, FREED Specialist/ clinical Lead and Support workers.</p>
<p>You will receive regular supervision; and will be actively encouraged and supported in continual professional development. Specialist training, learning, and teaching opportunities are encouraged and supported in this position.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <ul>  <li>As a CAMH EDS Nurse you will work within a multidisciplinary team. You will be required to carry out thorough assessments of new referrals and have an active role in team discussions where the need for specialist treatment is decided.</li>  <li>You will hold and take responsibility for managing a clinical caseload of children and young people with complex needs. CAMHS Eating Disorder Service Practitioner

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Lincoln, Louth and Gainsborough Mental Health Support Team as a qualified Education Mental Health Practitioner (EMHP)/Children's Wellbeing Practitioner (CWP) at Band 5 (Agenda For Change).</p>
<p>This is a diverse role and an opportunity to make a real difference in outcomes for children, young people, and families by offering early support and intervention.</p>
<p>The Mental Health Support Teams (MHSTs) support children and young people aged 5-18 within school and college settings who are presenting with mental health or emotional wellbeing problems which are of a low to moderate level of complexity and/or intensity.</p>
<p>You will support several allocated education settings, offering support to children and young people and their families. A key part of the role is around implementing Public Health England's Whole School Approach, part of which will be to deliver training, workshops and assemblies to the wider educational communities and promote awareness of mental health within the educational settings.</p>
