  <p>L</p> <p>Lincolnshire Talking Therapies is an IAPT site and a vacancy has arisen for a Team Manager, covering Stamford team. We are looking for someone who is able to lead the clinical and admin staff in a very busy, demanding service, achieving an effective balance between management and support. The role is permanent, but we would be willing to consider secondment for any internal applicants.</p> <p>The successful candidate will need to hold a degree and must have either a core profession that is accredited with a suitable governing body or have an equivalent qualification as a psychological therapist.</p> <p>The role will involve providing the day-to-day operational management of the team, including offering supervision to all staff and delivering the team meeting. There is an expectation of managing budgets and resources as well as organising staff recruitment. The role will involve being responsible for health and safety in the team base.</p> <p>The successful candidate will need to hold exceptional self-management and organisational skills and be confident in directing the team. Good IT skills and understanding of data are essential to the role. Regular contact/support from the other Team Managers and Service Manager is offered as the role can involve working in a mainly independent way. We are looking for someone to join us who embodies the Trust values and puts service users at the heart of everything they do.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>To provide day to day management of a Lincolnshire Talking Therapies team</p> <p>Provide managerial supervision and appraisals to the therapists, EAs and admin in the teams.</p> <p>To work with the Clinical Leads to improve delivery of care.</p> <p>To monitor the performance of the individuals and the team in relation to Key Performance Indicators.</p> <p>To deliver team meetings.</p> <p>To contribute to the development of the service, participating in management discussions and decision making through attendance at service management meetings.</p> <p>To recruit to posts within their locality.</p> <p>Support the development of the professional practice in the service, ensuring the provision of clinical supervision.</p> <p>Support the Service Manager in planning and managing the overall expenditure of the team of staff, supplies equipment, etc, within the budget, in accordance with the Trust's standing orders, standing financial instructions, budgetary rules and other financial policies.</p> <p>Promote equality and ease of access to service.</p> <p>To support the Service Manager on service improvement following case reviews, complaints and incidents.</p> <p>Support the development of new ways of working within the service and the Trust.</p> <p>To advise the Service Manager of any undue occurrence reported or witnessed or complaint received.</p> <p>To observe and oversee adherence to all Health and Safety at work policies and contribute towards safe working practices.</p> <p>Attend and present cases to local interface meetings</p>

  <p>An exciting opportunity has become available for a Band 6 Practitioner, to join our award winning ongoing developing CCETTS Team based in Lincoln.</p> <p>Our service covers areas across North of Lincolnshire so having a means to travel is essential.</p> <p>We are looking for enthusiastic, highly motivated individuals to join our award-winning team. You will be providing crisis and enhanced home treatment for young people struggling with acute deteriorating mental health difficulties, including self-harm, suicidal ideation, eating disorders/ disordered eating and psychosis. Our team looks at providing an alternative to a tier 4 admission and supporting those being discharged from an acute inpatient admission following an episode of care.</p> <p>The role will include providing Crisis Assessments, 1:1 therapeutic intervention; utilising DBT and CBT skills, providing Emotional First Aid group work, and psycho- education with parents and Carers.</p> <p>You will work closely with our CAMHs Mental Health Liaison service.</p> <p>You will be expected to work a shift pattern on a Rota basis covering 7 days per week: 08:45-19:00hrs.</p>

  <p>To provide a high standard of community clinical care, ensuring safe and effective assessment, treatment and comprehensive discharge planning using highly developed clinical reasoning skills and appropriate assessment tools</p> <p>Provide rapid response to children/young people presenting with urgent and emergency mental health presentations over a 24/7 rota.</p> <p>Work as part of a team managing referrals for assessment and intensive community treatmentfor young people experiencing a mental health crisis or at risk of hospital admission.</p> <p>Act as bed co-ordinators for out-of-county placements.</p> <p>Support the Access Assessment of new referrals for in-patient beds.</p> <p>Act as lead professional for complex cases within the team.</p> <p>Engage with young people to provide mental health and risk assessment, risk management plans, and taking appropriate therapeutic risk for young people following crisis.</p> <p>Provide full assessment and collaborative care planning for implementation by the multi-disciplinary team, in partnership with young people/carers and other workers involved in care delivery.</p> <p>Work in accordance with relevant childcare, health legislation and professional standards in partnership with wider children's services and to engage fully with Safeguarding, Common Assessment Framework and other processes which requires working together with other agencies.</p>
