  <p>You will be part of the Yorkshire team that is based out of the Leeds office, offering direct support to our families with a realistic caseload (10-12 families). Working closely with key internal and external stakeholders, to enable foster parents to be informed, accept, understand and operate within the regulations and national minimum standards.
You will have support from the therapy team who will offer reflective supervision and also support from our Education Advisors (EAGALs) who build upon the therapeutic parenting work being carried out by our fantastic Foster Parents.
The Supervising Social Worker builds positive relationships between By the Bridge, the foster parent and the childs social worker. It is a key role that helps the foster parent to sustain the child in placement and ensure outcomes for children are being met within the foster family.

  <p><strong>High Intensity Trainee CBT Therapist (IAPT)</strong></p> <p>We are looking for staff with</p> <ul>  <li>Degree level qualification (relevant mental health subject is preferable)<em>or</em></li>  <li>Core Profession Qualification<em>or</em></li>  <li>Low Intensity CBT Qualification (PWP), with 2 years post qualification experience</li> </ul> <p>To join Bradford Talking Therapies. We are an established forward-thinking 'Improving Access to Psychological Therapies' (IAPT) service as a Trainee CBT Therapist.</p> <p>As part of this role, you will be expected to attend University 2 days per week at<strong>University of Sheffield</strong>, working with clients on the other days. You will be expected to complete university assignments and submit practical tapes for supervision.</p> <p><strong>Please note:</strong> candidates who do not have a core professional background and qualification are encouraged to apply and will need to provide a completed KSA portfolio at selection. A KSA portfolio has a number of criteria which must all be met by every applicant. There are some backgrounds which mean that the applicant has already met a number of the criteria and can therefore provide a condensed KSA.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>Your role will be to deliver an innovative, manualised CBT-based intervention, to children and young people who have been screened by their team and shown to require psychological support. This intervention, MICE (Mental Health Intervention for Children with Epilepsy), is designed to improve the treatment of mental health problems in young people with epilepsy and has been shown to be effective in a large-scale research project. </p> <p>It can be delivered by telephone, video conferencing or face to face, and training will be provided. You will be using evidence-based interventions with supervision from the senior clinical psychologist.
