  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>

<li>To be responsible for the systematic provision of a range of evidence-basedpsychological interventions to working age adults with severe and enduring mentalhealth difficulties referred by the Community Mental Health teams within thelocality.</li>
<li>To undertake high quality direct (assessment and therapeutic) and indirect(consultative, advisory and evaluative) specialist psychology interventions withinthe service and taking substantial professional responsibility and exercisingautonomous judgement in their professional practice.</li>

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p><strong>Band 6 - Mental Health Practitioner(Mental Health Support Teams)</strong></p> <p>Mental Health Support Teams (MHSTs) support children, young people and their families that have links to identified school settings. Each designated MHST will work in collaboration with schools and other agencies that cover a population of up to 7,000 children and young people. Trailblazer sites were established in Kent in 2019, with the service aim to cover 50% of the schools across Kent and Medway by 2026.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>As part of their role the post holders will be responsible for delivering interventions within schools and colleges and hold an individual caseload. The post-holder will ideally have clinical experience working with Children &amp; Young People experiencing emotional wellbeing and mental health difficulties and be expected to deliver CBT interventions for anxiety, low mood, and behavioural problems individually and in groups.</p>
<p>Previous clinical experience will be considered alongside the expectations stated and in support we provide informal training and wider CPD opportunities as well a robust supervision programme to support development of low intensity CBT skills, intervention adaptation and WSA delivery.</p>
<p>An additional part of this role includes supervisory responsibility of junior colleagues and if not previously completed there is an opportunity to enrol on a supervisor's course (at one of our affiliated universities) which is already funded and established by the service<strong>. </strong>Supervisory training will enhance your skills to support EMHP and CWP junior colleagues to undertake their clinical roles. Within your role you will be offered additional supervision which will support your professional development.</p>

  <p>This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and energetic Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to work in Acute Mental Health. About the Role

You'll be an experienced, qualified High Intensity Therapist ideally with BABCP accreditation (or willing to complete within 6 months) and who likes working as part of a supportive team to help clients who struggle with common mental health problems such as anxiety and/or depression. You will assess clients for suitability for psychological interventions and formulate and evaluate their therapy programmes. 

To support you in your role you will receive weekly 1:1 clinical supervision, 4 weekly group supervision, 4 weekly reflective practice and monthly line management.

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>This exciting opportunity to become a part of the Therapy team on the Critical care unit at the William Harvey Hospital in Ashford is not to be missed. The Therapy team is led by highly skilled specialist Band 7 Physiotherapists supported by a clinical lead Physiotherapist and offers a unique experience working in our new state of the art Intensive care unit. The team also includes dedicated Occupational therapists for the unit as a part of the MDT.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The post holder will be a part of the team which provides respiratory Physiotherapy to our most acutely unwell patients on the unit. There is the opportunity to teach and support more junior staff and to learn and work alongside all members of the MDT involved with these patients. The team provide a seven day service to the unit and participate in the Trust Respiratory Physiotherapy On-call rota. The post holder will also have the opportunity to deputize for the Team Leader on clinical and managerial issues within the team and to be actively involved with training within the Department</p>
