  <p>Mind Matters Surrey NHS are a NHS Talking Therapies service looking for an enthusiastic and motivated therapist for a fixed term maternity cover.</p>
<p>Your role will be delivering evidence-based interventions, one to one and in group settings, to adults (aged 17yrs+) who have a range of Anxiety and Depression related problems.</p>
<p>You'll be joining a strong, supportive team which is part of the Surrey and Borders NHS Partnership. <li>IAPT Post Graduate Diploma in Psychological therapies</li>
<li>BABCP Provisional/Full Accreditation</li>
<li>Recent evidence of working as a CBT Therapist within IAPT/NHS Talking Therapies</li>
<li>Good IT skills and excellent communication skills and demonstrable ability to work in a collaborative way with colleagues and other services.</li>
<li>There is a requirement to work a minimum of 1 late nights ( Mon-Weds, 8pm) or a Saturday per week and to offer 2 in person clinics</li>
<li>In person clinics will be based across Surrey according to service need</li>

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <ul>  <li>Assess clients for suitability for psychological interventions</li>  <li>Formulate, implement and evaluate therapy programmes for clients.</li> </ul> <ul>  <li>Treatment as necessary, conveying CBT and other psychological formulations with sensitivity in easily understood language.</li>  <li>Adhere to an agreed activity contract relating to the number of client contacts offered, and clinical sessions carried out per week in order to minimise waiting times and ensure treatment delivery remains accessible and convenient.</li>  <li>Attend multi-disciplinary meetings relating to referrals or clients in treatment, where appropriate.</li>  <li>Complete all requirements relating to data collection within the service.</li>  <li>Keep coherent records of all clinical activity in line with service protocols</li> </ul> <ul>  <li>Work closely with other members of the team ensuring appropriate step-up and step-down arrangements are in place to maintain a stepped care approach.</li> </ul> <ul>  <li>Assess and integrate issues surrounding work and employment into the overall therapy process</li> </ul> <ul>  <li>Carry out clinical audits of service performance, including service user surveys and evaluations, and help to collate and disseminate the results for feedback.</li> </ul> <ul>  <li>Liaise with other health and social care staff from a range of agencies in the care provided clients.</li> </ul>

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and committed Clinical Psychologist or Counselling Psychologist to join our well-established Complex Psychological Interventions Service in Bristol. The post is based in Adult Mental Health Services in the Inner City and East Bristol team, and the successful applicant will support the delivery of psychological interventions in the Assessment and Recovery Team.</p>
<p>We are looking for applicants with a particular interest in working with people with a broad range of complex and enduring mental health difficulties across the lifespan, including older adults who are served within our ageless service. We are particularly interested in candidates with special skills and experience in CBT for severe mental health difficulties.</p>
<p>In addition, the successful candidate will lead the organisation and development of our established Staff Support Debrief Service for the community teams in Bristol.</p>
<p>As well as working closely within the teams, you will receive excellent support and supervision from more senior and well-established CPI members. There will be opportunities for continuing professional development and development of innovative research projects.</p>

  <p>This is a truly exciting time as we change what we do and how we deliver community mental health services. This newly integrated CMH team is developing a pathway for people with psychosis and an enhanced pathway for people with psychosis where meaningful engagement can be a challenge. You will work closely with senior colleagues across our teams and localities on team and service development whilst providing psychological interventions to people with greatest complexity. </p> <p>We want you to feel supported within your role and we are keen see our psychologists flourish and develop with training in Family Interventions (BFT), CBT for Psychosis (CBTp) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for example.   <p>Dorset CAMHS is recruiting a Lead Clinician for a fixed term period of 6 months to support the expansion of the Mental Health in Schools Support Team based in North &amp; East Dorset.</p> <p>The Mental Health Support Teams are part of an exciting trailblazer project funded by NHS England, Health Education England and partners, withthe aim of improving the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people in the community. There is a specific focus on developing moreaccess to helping and improving the general culture of emotional support within all primary and secondary schools including special educationalprovisions and Pupil Referral Units.</p> <p>We are looking for a confident professional with a demonstrable track record of providing quality evidenced based interventions. You will have significant experience of supervising clinicians and be able to evidence operational leadership skills and abilities.   <p>We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Quality and Practice Lead to

* Provide professional leadership and coaching to colleagues delivering

* Support the peer reviewing of MHM's Quality Self-Assessment 
Process, in particular the delivery of associated action plans to drive 
the continuous improvement of our operating models, standard 
operating procedures and practice. 
* Chair reflective group supervision sessions with teams to support 
teams to improve their practice and outcomes for people accessing 
services, in line with Mental Health Matter's values.
* Develop and lead a programme to establish communities of practice 
aimed to share best practice and capture evidence of the impact of our 
services to ensure services continuously improve.
* Support the implementation of our co-production strategy to ensure 
the consistent delivery of its objectives at an individual, service, 
organisation, and system level.</p>
