  <p>We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Quality and Practice Lead to 
support our work to continuously improve the quality, safety, and efficacy of mental 
health services within Mental Health Matters. Providing practice leadership, this role 
will ensure that practices and decision making meet the highest standards of 
support, compliance, and satisfaction; working closely with our operational 
managers and National Clinical Lead. </p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>Quality Assurance and Improvement
* Provide professional leadership and coaching to colleagues delivering 
mental health support services
* Support the peer reviewing of MHM's Quality Self-Assessment 
Process, in particular the delivery of associated action plans to drive 
the continuous improvement of our operating models, standard 
operating procedures and practice. 
* Chair reflective group supervision sessions with teams to support 
teams to improve their practice and outcomes for people accessing 
services, in line with Mental Health Matter's values.
* Develop and lead a programme to establish communities of practice 
aimed to share best practice and capture evidence of the impact of our 
services to ensure services continuously improve.
* Support the implementation of our co-production strategy to ensure 
the consistent delivery of its objectives at an individual, service, 
organisation, and system level.</p>

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>With current NMC, HCPC, SWE or BABCP registration alongside a recognised qualification, you'll have a working knowledge of CAMHS and/or adult mental health and have an understanding of assessing complex mental health needs &amp; levels of risk, including safeguarding and self-harm.</p>
<p>Using your experience of working with vulnerable people and their carers who present with complex mental health needs and are often a risk to themselves or others, you'll undertake assessments and formulate plans for intervention, in collaboration with the Child, Young Person and those who care for them.</p>
<p>Dedicated to providing an environment that encourages patient-centred involvement, you'll promote good working relationships as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team, making sure care is coordinated with the internal and external departments you work with, with the ultimate aim of providing the best patient journey possible.</p>
<p>Using your knowledge of evidence-based practice, you'll offer therapeutic solutions in line with the National Institute for Health &amp; Care Excellence (NICE) guidelines.</p>
<p>You will work as part of the duty and assessment team within the service and have a caseload of young people to whom you are offering ongoing intervention.</p>

  <p>This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a new service which we are delivering across Bolton: The Mental Health Support Team (MHST).</p>
<p>We are looking for skilled practitioners, with mental health experience, who can provide low intensity evidenced based CBT interventions, manage risk and are passionate about young person-centred practice.</p>
<p>Successful candidates will play an important part in the in the delivery of high-quality service provision that promotes and improves the mental health and well-being of young people in education settings.</p>
<p>As part of a new team, you will be empowered to shape and build the service with further education settings in Bolton. You will help build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and the wider network.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The Mental Health Practitioner will be an integral part of the MHST in Bolton. You will use your clinical skills to listen to the needs of the child, young person and family to provide meaningful evidenced based interventions. You will provide support, advice and consultation to families/carers and other professionals in the life of the child/young person. You will work closely with education professionals to foster a whole school/college approach to mental well-being.</p>

<li>Providing consultations to education colleagues and support education settings to embed a whole school approach to wellbeing</li>

Community Therapy Services Manager

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>As an autonomous practitioner you will play a key part in the delivery of high-quality service provision that promotes and improves the mental health and well-being of children and young people, their families and carers. Managing a complex caseload within the multi-disciplinary team setting, the post holder will provide a range of high-quality care appropriate to the child or young person's needs which will include full mental health assessment, risk assessment and management, family and social assessment, consultation and therapeutic interventions.</p>
<p>Within a systemic and holistic framework, you will undertake needs led, evidence based, highly skilled assessments and provide therapeutic interventions, ensuring this is done evidencing shared decision making and partnership working with children and young people, their families and carers.</p>
<p>You will provide advice, information, consultation and supervision within the service and externally within your specialist area.</p>
<p>As part of working together you will actively liaise with and support robust partnership working arrangements between the CAMHS team and community partners and other key stakeholders involved with the child across agencies that work within the Child and Adolescent Mental Health THRIVE framework.</p>

  <p>This is a brilliant opportunity for a dedicated healthcare professional to join our Duty &amp; Assessment team and promote and improve the mental health and well-being of Children, Young People and those who care for them. Working for North Manchester CAMHS, you'll work with Children and Young People aged up to 18 years and who present with a wide range of complex emotional and behavioural difficulties. You'll be supported to manage a defined caseload and have the responsibility for the assessment, treatment and discharge of children and young people. We'll rely on you to ensure there is effective and sensitive communication between, the Children and Young People in your care, those who care for them, the health professionals you work with and other relevant agencies. MFT CAMHS sits within Royal Manchester Children's Hospital (RMCH) and is comprised of 44 separate services, including 5 Core CAMHS services (North, South, Salford, Central &amp; Trafford), Looked After Children/Adoption services, Children with Disabilities Service and Manchester Eating Disorders Service, along with Inpatient Services based at Galaxy House.   <p>To assume responsibility for management of a defined caseload and exercise the highest standards of professional responsibility for the assessment, treatment and discharge of children, young people and their families/carers using specialist knowledge and evaluation of care programmes in collaboration with children, young people and their families/carers, liaising with and referring to relevant agencies.</p> <p>To participate in a duty rota including receipt and screening of referrals, obtaining further information if needed and responding promptly to emergency requests for assessments or contact, signposting, and advice.</p> <p>To undertake assessment of children, young people including risk assessment, gathering appropriate information their family/ carers and other relevant agencies</p> <p>To develop a formulation and plan for intervention with the child, young person and parents/carers. Communicate this to the referrer/other relevant professionals</p> <p>To offer therapeutic, evidence-based practiced, interventions in line with NICE guidelines.</p> <p>To implement, co-ordinate and regularly review further assessment and a range of therapeutic interventions, including risk management,</p> <p>To routinely monitor effectiveness of clinical work by use of Routine Outcome Measures (ROM)</p> <p>Ensure that the perspective of children, young people and families is incorporated into all aspects of assessment and treatment</p> <p>The role involves travel to other locations within MFT and within the local community.</p>

  <p>We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Clinical Psychologist to join our developing Neighbourhood Mental Health Team (NMHT) in Wigan (previously called Living Well).</p> <p>Wigan Community Mental Health services are going through an exciting period of change in line with Community Transformation. The NMHT is friendly, supportive and innovative integrated secondary care team. The Neighbourhood population are often a cohort of people who are often perceived as not suitable, too complicated for the current structures or fall though the gaps.</p> <p>We are values driven and use our values to guide our decision making.   <p>You will increase the levels of psychological support and care provided to people who access the service. You will provide psychological assessment, formulation and brief interventions/groups to people supported by the NMHT. You will also offer supervision, consultation, training and reflective practice groups to support all staff to work in a psychologically-informed way. As the NMHT is a developing and changing service, there will be ongoing opportunities for service development, audit and evaluation.</p> <p>There will be opportunity for the role to be developed by the successful candidate to fit the needs of the Wigan population. You will be supported by the team Principal Clinical Psychologist and NMHT Management team.
