  <p><em>This role is eligible for visa sponsorship under the UK Visas &amp; Immigration (UKVI) Skilled Worker route. Sponsorship can only be provided where applicants meet the specific requirements set by UKVI, including the relevant skill and salary thresholds, and any role-specific criteria.</em></p> <p>This roleis divided into review and treatment. Two days are allocated for review and three days to treatment. This arrangement is contingent upon service requirement, and there is a possibility of an increase in the number of days spent in review with additional review sites being added. This is a rotational post, and the post holder will be required to travel to both Brighton and Eastbourne. The working hours are from 8 AM to 7 PM, with on-call duties and shifts. The timings may be adjusted based on service requirements.</p>    <p>Our sites are equipped with state-of-the-art technology including Elekta Versa HD Linacs, Tomotherapy units, and Philips Widebore CT scanners.   <p>Are you looking for a new challenge? We are looking to recruit 1 x Support Time Recovery workers into our Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team covering Brighton &amp; Hove.</p>
<p>Our crisis resolution and home treatment teams (CRHTs) are designed to provide safe and effective care to patients in their own home when experiencing a mental health crisis and would otherwise need to be admitted to hospital.</p>
<p>We offer home visits, medical reviews, psychology input and telephone support and facilitate supportive discharge from hospital and managing the transition back to community-based services. We work in close partnership with our Acute Care and Community Mental Health teams and we are often the link between the two.</p>
<p>Our teams consist of support workers, nurses, social workers, occupational therapists, peer and carer support workers, mental health nurses doctors and psychologists.</p>

  <p>Your role will involve supporting patients and the wider multidisciplinary team with their complex caseload. <h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p><em>This role is eligible for visa sponsorship under the UK Visas &amp; Immigration (UKVI) Skilled Worker route. Sponsorship can only be provided where applicants meet the specific requirements set by UKVI, including the relevant skill and salary thresholds, and any role-specific criteria.</em></p> <p>This role is divided into review and treatment. Two days are allocated for review and three days to treatment. This arrangement is contingent upon service requirement, and there is a possibility of an increase in the number of days spent in review with additional review sites being added. This is a rotational post, and the post holder will be required to travel to both Brighton and Eastbourne. The working hours are from 8 AM to 7 PM, with on-call duties and shifts. The timings may be adjusted based on service requirements.</p> <p>The post holder requires advanced clinical knowledge of radiotherapy procedures, tissue tolerances, and physiological reactions due to radiation exposure.</p> <p>The post holder provides professional radiotherapy services within all the Sussex Cancer Centre locations covering CT, on-call, calculating and treatment of cancer patients as well as liaising effectively with the multidisciplinary team.</p> <p>Our sites are equipped with state-of-the-art technology including Elekta Versa HD Linacs, Tomotherapy units, and Philips Widebore CT scanners. We also offer advanced HDR brachytherapy services.</p> <p>This role includes a £2,000 Recruitment &amp; Retention Premium.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>You will provide professional radiotherapy services within the Eastbourne Cancer Centre covering the planning, simulating, calculating and treatment of cancer patients as well as liaising effectively with the multidisciplinary team. Once experienced the post holder will have the responsibility for the daily running of the Linear Accelerator through set competency training.</p> <p>The post holder requires advanced clinical knowledge of radiotherapy procedures, tissue tolerances, and physiological reactions due to radiation exposure. The post holder practices in accordance with current legislation governing the use of ionizing radiation IR(ME)R. High level of competence is required in the use of a wide range of highly complex technical and computerised systems, including;</p> <p>o Linear accelerators for the delivery of radiation treatment,o Computerised patient information and appointment management systemo Image matching program's for verification and evaluation procedures during treatment QA equipment for daily tolerance checkso Equipment for the delivery of high dose radiation: dual energy, dual modality Linear Accelerators Computerised Tomography ( CT ) scanners.o Computerised treatment planning systems</p> <p>o QA equipment for daily tolerance check</p>   <h3>About us</h3>
