<p>We are looking for an experienced and passionate Suicide Bereavement Worker to work at our Surrey Support after Suicide Service.</p><p><strong>This is a Part time Role working 21 hours a week.&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Imagine being part of an organisation whose common purpose is to help those who are severely impacted by mental illness. The service is a peer led service with staff and volunteers having some form of personal experience of bereavement by suicide. For those with close personal experience, at least three years must have elapsed since the bereavement. The service aims to support those immediately affected by suicide e.g. close family members including the spouse or partner but also to those who have been exposed to suicide e.g. friends, neighbours, colleagues, witnesses, first responders, neighbours, colleges and health and social care professionals.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>We are looking to recruit a Band 4 Infant Feeding Support Worker on a fixed term contract for 15 hours a week.</p> <p>The Maternity Care Unit consists of 40 beds. We work in close partnership with our transitional care unit which is also situated on the ward. UCLH is UNICEF Baby Friendly Accredited.</p> <p>You will need good communication skills, be able to function well as part of a team and be motivated to facilitate changes.</p> <p>We are seeking a capable and experienced infant feeding support worker to complement our existing team which is based on our busy postnatal ward.</p> <p>If you are looking to develop your career and postnatal care is your passion then this is fantastic opportunity.</p> <p>We require the post holder to be enthusiastic, and demonstrate the appropriate competencies for the role, working within the existing multidisciplinary team and have good communication skills on all levels. Previous experience and training in supporting breastfeeding is essential.</p>

  <p>The Perinatal Mental Health Service has a diverse and highly skilled team of perinatal psychological therapists who are committed to providing evidence-based interventions to parents and families that are accessible and acceptable to the diverse South London population. We are recruiting for a permanent position with the Lewisham Perinatal Community Mental Health Team.</p>
<p>Our psychological workforce and the therapeutic modalities that we offer are a key part of delivering the ambitions of the NHS Long Term Plan.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>We are looking for a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist or Accredited Cognitive Behaviour Therapist to provide psychological assessment and intervention to women, birthing people and families in the perinatal period, as well as contribute to the multi-disciplinary team.</p>
<p>We would like to hear from those who have experience delivering psychological therapies in secondary care or within a MDT setting, and are proficient in delivering NICE concordant interventions for depression, anxiety disorders, psychosis and bipolar affective disorder.</p>
<p>You will ideally have experience of working with parents and families within the perinatal period and / or a keen interest to develop knowledge and skills in this area. Specialist perinatal supervision will be provided and you will join a friendly and supportive team of specialist perinatal psychologists and psychological therapists.</p>

  <p>Perinatal Mental Health Teams (PMHTs) are secondary care mental health teams that specialise in supporting women and birthing people in the perinatal period (pregnancy and the postnatal period) who have severe and complex mental health difficulties.</p>
<p>We assess and treat a range of difficulties including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychosis, personality disorders and eating disorders. The service is designed to provide timely input to women and their families to mitigate the impact of mental health disorder on the child.</p>
<p>We are a multi-disciplinary team including psychiatry, psychology, nursing, occupational therapy, and nursery nursing. The service works closely with maternity/obstetric services as well as other agencies (e.g., health visiting and social services). To contribute to multi-disciplinary team meetings across tumour sites and clinical services where appropriate, develop relationships with medical teams and offer supervision where appropriate.</p> <p>You will be joining a supportive and friendly team of qualified and trainee psychological practitioners from across a range of clinical backgrounds, including, counselling, psychology (clinical and counselling), psychosexual therapy, psychotherapy, psychiatry and mental health nursing.
