If so, then join us in this rewarding new role in prevention and early intervention mental health care.</p> <p>The Mental Health in Schools Support Teams (MHST) is an initiative funded by NHS England, Health Education England and partners, with the aim of improving the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people in the community. MHST's have been set up to offer cognitive behaviour (CBT) interventions to children, young people and their families with low-moderate mental health difficulties. The interventions are (mostly) delivered in a range of education settings for children aged 5 - 18 years old, with the aim of improving access to mental health care for all young people who may need it.</p> <p>AWP are working in partnership with Off the Record (OTR) to co-deliver this model in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG) area with the workforce being employed equally across both organisations. We are now in the position to recruit new senior clinical roles. This will broaden our scope to offer some high intensity CBT in our region and provide high quality CYPIAPT supervision of supervision.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>

<p>Offer high-intensity, evidence-based CBT interventions to children, young people, and their families within educational settings.</p>

<p>Provide supervision using the CYP IAPT model to practitioners (if you do not currently hold a supervisor qualification, you will be enrolled on a relevant course to obtain one).</p>

  <p>This is an exciting opportunity for two Art Psychotherapist to join the Art Psychotherapy Team, which is part of the Complex Psychological Interventions Team (CPI) in Bristol.</p>
<p>One post is permanent at 22.50 Hours.</p>
<p>One post is fixed term for 9 months at 30 hours</p>
<p>You would be joining the CPI Team, which is an established team of Arts Psychotherapist, Clinical Psychologists Psychotherapists and Psychological Therapists</p>
<p>Both post holder will be based at Petherton Resource Centre offering a service to clients from the south area of Bristol. You will be providing assessments, psychological formulation, planning and implementing individual and group art psychotherapy sessions within community services.</p>
  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>We are looking for someone who is a qualified Art Psychotherapist with HCPC registration.</p> <p>We are looking for someone with the following skills:</p> <p>Excellent communication and engagement skills, who can work autonomously whilst enjoying being an integrated member of the arts psychotherapy and CPI Team.Someone with a particular interest in working in a community setting, bringing energy to work psychologically within this part of our service.Someone able to plan and implement individual and group therapy session and input into service users integrated care programmes.Someone that is able to offer supervision and consultation to other Art Psychotherapists and staff within multidisciplinary teams.</p>
