<h2>As part of Place2Be’s long-standing collaboration with the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) and University College London (UCL), we have been supporting the development and evaluation of ‘Learning Together’, a series of programmes designed to reduce bullying and increase a sense of safety and belonging at school for children and young people. Learning Together has also been found to have a positive impact on students’ mental health and academic attainment (initial findings published in the Lancet can be found <a href="https://www.thelancet.com/journals/lancet/article/PIIS0140-6736(18)31782-3/fulltext" target="_blank">here).</a>&nbsp;</h2>

Key Responsibilities:
Case Management &amp; Employee Support

 <li>Provide first-line advice to managers on performance, attendance, wellbeing, and ER issues.</li>
 <li>Manage sickness absence, probation reviews, and occupational health referrals.</li>
 <li>Conduct exit and stay interviews, and share insights with the People team.</li>

Policy &amp; Process

 <li>Maintain accurate records in HRIS (Cascade).</li>
 <li>Review and update people policies and toolkits to reflect best practice and organisational values.</li>
 <li>Ensure compliance with employment law and internal processes.</li>

Data &amp; Insights

 <li>Analyse HR data to identify trends and risks, and recommend improvements.</li>
 <li>Prepare reports on exit interviews, probation check-ins, and wellbeing initiatives.</li>

HR Support &amp;&nbsp;Management

 <li>Support redundancies, school exits, and TUPE transfers with accurate documentation and calculations.</li>

You will need:

People and Culture Advisor

About The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who can take the reins to cover a period of maternity leave. You’ll be responsible for ensuring two directors are fully supported with their busy workload by handling their diary management, fulfilling reporting requirements, preparing meeting documents and taking minutes as well as delivering or supporting on key project work. This role has a specific focus on manipulating and presenting data for reports, therefore you will need to have excellent Excel skills and Power BI experience would be beneficial.
