<p>Your role will be delivering evidence-based interventions, one to one and in group settings, to adults (aged 17yrs+) who have a range of Anxiety and Depression related problems.</p>
<p>You'll be joining a strong, supportive team which is part of the Surrey and Borders NHS Partnership. <li>IAPT Post Graduate Diploma in Psychological therapies</li>
<li>BABCP Provisional/Full Accreditation</li>
<li>Recent evidence of working as a CBT Therapist within IAPT/NHS Talking Therapies</li>
<li>Good IT skills and excellent communication skills and demonstrable ability to work in a collaborative way with colleagues and other services.</li>
<li>There is a requirement to work a minimum of 1 late nights, Mon-Thursday until 8.00pm and to offer 2 in person clinics</li>
<li>In person clinics will be based across Surrey according to service need</li>

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <ul>  <li>Assess clients for suitability for psychological interventions</li>  <li>Formulate, implement and evaluate therapy programmes for clients.</li> </ul> <ul>  <li>Treatment as necessary, conveying CBT and other psychological formulations with sensitivity in easily understood language.</li>  <li>Adhere to an agreed activity contract relating to the number of client contacts offered, and clinical sessions carried out per week in order to minimise waiting times and ensure treatment delivery remains accessible and convenient.</li>  <li>Attend multi-disciplinary meetings relating to referrals or clients in treatment, where appropriate.</li>  <li>Complete all requirements relating to data collection within the service.</li>  <li>Keep coherent records of all clinical activity in line with service protocols</li> </ul> <ul>  <li>Work closely with other members of the team ensuring appropriate step-up and step-down arrangements are in place to maintain a stepped care approach.</li> </ul> <ul>  <li>Assess and integrate issues surrounding work and employment into the overall therapy process</li> </ul> <ul>  <li>Carry out clinical audits of service performance, including service user surveys and evaluations, and help to collate and disseminate the results for feedback.</li> </ul> <ul>  <li>Liaise with other health and social care staff from a range of agencies in the care provided clients.</li> </ul>

  <p>The successful applicant will be joining the service during an exciting period of service development and transformation. They will receive clinical supervision from a senior Psychologist (with BABCP Accreditation if required) and will work closely with AEDS psychological therapies team.</p> <p>The post holder will be responsible for providing or contributing to the clinical supervision of Trainee Psychologists and Assistant Psychologists; this is, with support and, where applicable, training to assist in the development of these supervision skills.</p> <p>The post holder will be expected to carry out comprehensive assessments and formulations and plan, implement and evaluate the delivery of their psychological interventions (individual and group). They will additionally be required to contribute to the work and functioning of the multi-disciplinary team, where appropriate.</p>

  <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the orthopaedic therapy team at Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital.</p> <p>To provide a high standard physiotherapy service to the inpatient trauma and elective orthopaedic wards as well as the arthroplasty clinic at the Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital, Basingstoke.</p> <p>To perform advanced therapeutic assessment of patients with diverse presentations and complex physical and psychological conditions, to provide a diagnosis and develop and deliver an individualised treatment programme.</p> <p>To hold responsibility for own caseload and be responsible for a defined area of the service or a particular patient type, working often without direct supervision. Supervision takes the form of regular formal training and clinical reasoning sessions, peer review and case conferences.
