  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>This is a truly exciting time as we change what we do and how we deliver community mental health services. This newly integrated CMH team is developing a pathway for people with psychosis and an enhanced pathway for people with psychosis where meaningful engagement can be a challenge. You will work closely with senior colleagues across our teams and localities on team and service development whilst providing psychological interventions to people with greatest complexity. </p> <p>We want you to feel supported within your role and we are keen see our psychologists flourish and develop with training in Family Interventions (BFT), CBT for Psychosis (CBTp) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for example. We also have access to the Bespoke training platform and an excellent psychological skills development team.</p>

To work autonomously within professional guidelines and exercise responsibility for systematic governance of psychological practice within the service/team. To utilise research skills for audit, policy, service development and research.</p><p>To propose and implement policy changes within the area served by the team / service and to cooperate in the delivery of psychological therapies with the aim of meeting national and local guidelines and targets.</p>

  <p>The successful candidate will be welcomed into a passionate and positive team of professionals, headed by a Counselling Psychologist within the psychology team, and made up of a Therapist, Clinical Psychologist, Creative Arts Therapist, and an Assistant Psychologist. This team isoverseen within the wider therapy services umbrella headed by therapy manager and Occupational Therapist, Sarah Marsh.</p><p>There will be opportunities for continuing professional development and your passion, style and ambitions would be taken into account as you grow within the role.
