  <p><strong>We are looking for Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to work alongside an integrated mental health team based at HMP Full Sutton.</strong></p><p>Rethink Mental Illness work alongside Tees, Esk and Wear Valley NHS Foundation Trust (TEWV) and Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust to deliver an integrated stepped care mental health service within HMP Full Sutton.</p>

an integrated primary care mental health team within the Prison to provide high
volume, low intensity interventions which will be a range of cognitive
behavioural therapy (CBT) based self-management interventions, for clients with

Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>Providing a primary care mental health service, to those adults in Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin (STW). The post-holder will work as a member of a locality team within the (STW) Psychological Therapies Service, providing effective evidence-based therapies.</p>
<p>The post holder will be part of an NHS Talking Therapies (IAPT) service and will provide high intensity interventions using IAPT approved psychotherapeutic modalities. These may include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred Experiential Counselling for Depression (PCE-CfD), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT), Couples Therapy for Depression (CTfD), and Behavioural Couples Therapy (BCT) as recommended by NICE. The post holder will work with clients who have a range of difficulties including depression and anxiety disorders for which the IAPT modality is demonstrated to be clinically effective.</p>
<p>The service offers a stepped care model to a range of mental health issues using evidenced based, NICE approved approaches. The post-holder will work within the IAPT service providing high intensity interventions, providing a high intensity service to clients with a range of complex problems. The post holder will work with people with different cultural backgrounds and ages, using interpreters when necessary and should be committed to equal opportunities and equality of access to treatment.</p>

We carry out multidisciplinary neurodevelopmental assessments and provide psychoeducation and therapy for children and young people at our clinic in Norwich. We are a recognised provider of NHS Right to Choose services in Norfolk and Waveney. We have a team of employed and associate clinicians and this role has been developed specifically to support our existing senior clinicians (who also work part time) in managing our team of employed clinical psychologists, assistant psychologists and trainees from the UEA. There is also the opportunity to join the senior management team in shaping the future direction of the company.   <p>We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic psychologist to join our busy multi-disciplinary Sunderland South Tyneside Children and Young People's Service. The post is based in the South Tyneside team neurodevelopmental assessment pathway. There will also be opportunities to work into the mental health pathway. This will enable the successful candidate to develop and extend their clinical skills and knowledge.</p> <p>You will be working in an environment where there is strong emphasis on teamwork and quality of clinical care. You will work collaboratively with our friendly multidisciplinary team members including other qualified psychologists and Assistant Psychologists who support the qualified roles. Professionally there are links with the wider network of psychologists who deliver psychology across the service, including learning disability and cared for pathways. As a service, we value the role of robust, supportive and effective supervision and you will have access to separate clinical and management supervision. The post-holder will also have the opportunity to contribute to the supervision of Assistant Psychologists and team members from wider professions.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>Within the neurodevelopmental assessment team you will be responsible for leading assessment and formulation of complex presentations, exploring possible neurodevelopmental vulnerabilities and/or disorder as well as thoroughly considering wider factors and comorbidity. Our assessments provide thorough profiling of young people's strengths, needs and difficulties helping to ensure that they have access to the most appropriate understanding and supports as they develop and grow. We are ideally looking for a clinician who has knowledge and training in neurodevelopmental assessment skills and who is able to put the young person and their family at the centre of every assessment. The successful candidate will be supported in developing specialist skills that are relevant to this role, for example completing training in ADOS assessment.</p> <p>Within the mental health pathway we deliver a range of psychological therapies including CBT, EMDR, Family Therapy, Art Therapy and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to further develop their psychological therapies skills through co-working and robust supervision.</p>

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>Oxleas are seeking to recruit a clinically skilled, innovative and experienced Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to provide clinical and professional leadership across our Intensive Case Management for Psychosis (ICMP), Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP), and Community Mental Health Rehabilitation and Enablement Service (CMHRES) Teams, in the London Brough of Bexley based in Erith. Bexley ICMP is a multi-disciplinary mental health team working within the psychosis pathway within a secondary care community mental health setting.</p> <p>The post holder will work alongside another Principal Psychologist, and Consultant Clinical Psychologist in taking a locality leading role in managing the provision of psychological therapy in the team and join the team manager and consultant psychiatrist in forming the senior clinical team to provide clinical leadership to the ICMP team.</p> <p>The post would be suitable to current 8A's (with at least 3.5 years post qualified experience) or 8B's with relevant experience and transferable skills who have a specialist interest in psychosis.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>A central component of the post will be taking an operational leadership role in further developing the role and remit of psychological therapy in the service. This would encompass support and oversight of referral screening as well as waiting list management, supervision and consultation to the wider team. Service development and innovation are embraced and 3rd sector working, training and working across service transitions would all form aspects of the leadership part of the role.</p> <p>The post will also ensure clinical time for the provision of highly specialised psychological therapy. Specialist training in a particular modality, as well as supervisory training in these, will be highly desirable eg CBTp, FiP, EMDR.</p> <p>The ICMP psychology team is comprised of a band 4 Assistant Psychologist, band 7 and 8a psychological therapists, as well as input from an Art Psychotherapist and Family Therapist, and a borough wide service lead Consultant Psychologist. Doctoral trainee and honorary placement supervision are also encouraged and the services maintain close links with the Salomons DClinPsy Doctoral Program. Supervision of the local psychology team and yearly appraisals (PDR) will also form some of the operational tasks of the post. The new incumbent will also join an established group of senior psychological therapists from across the borough. This is an established leadership forum offering peer support, and links to senior management.</p>

Senior Mental Health Practitioner - Children & Young People

  <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead the Psychology service at Stockton Hall Hospital. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Consultant Psychologist, with robust experience within a forensic setting; someone who is a confident leader and is keen to develop to contribute to service development, including trauma informed care.</p><p>At Stockton Hall Hospital, just outside York, we are well-known for producing positive clinical outcomes for highly complex patients. We currently provide a medium-secure care setting in which patients access a broad range of therapeutic interventions including one-to-one and group-based psychological treatments.</p><p>Our service has produced excellent recovery results for patients, maximising their opportunity to progress to conditions of lower-security and community settings as safely and efficiently as possible.</p>

    <p>The Head of Psychology will work closely with the Hospital Director, Director of Clinical Services and Medical Director.
