Family Systemic Psychotherapist OR Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Worker to support young people aged in a creative, inclusive, and inspiring environment.Position: Youth Worker Location: Camden, London (On-site) Salary: £30,521.92 FTE - (£18,313.15 pro rata). Hours: 21 hours per week Contract: PermanentAbout the RoleAs a Youth Worker, you ll play a vital role in supporting young people to engage with creative opportunities while providing a welcoming, safe and supportive environment. Based at the front desk of a dynamic youth hub, you will act as the first point of contact for young people entering the space. You ll also be instrumental in offering pastoral support, helping young people build resilience, confidence and essential life skills.Key responsibilities include:<ul><li>Managing the front desk and being the initial contact for studio users.</li><li>Processing memberships and supporting young people with queries via phone, email and in person.</li><li>Maintaining accurate records and handling evening administrative tasks, including cashing up.</li><li>Providing one-to-one and group-based pastoral support and safeguarding guidance.</li><li>Promoting positive behaviour and managing conflicts when necessary.</li><li>Signposting to internal and external services and supporting transitions between programmes.</li><li>Upholding safeguarding, equality, and sustainability policies in all areas of the role.</li></ul>About YouYou ll bring a genuine passion for youth engagement and experience working with diverse and marginalised young people.
