To achieve this we need high quality support, guidance, and clinical supervision for our growing team of exceptional counsellors, and to ensure that all safeguarding cases which arise are responded to effectively for the safety of the clients we work with.You will be joining a small, robust, ethically and clinically led Clinical Team overseeing the clinical governance, clinical quality and safeguarding of counselling and therapy work delivered at Spill. We currently have over 80 counsellors and are rapidly growing, so this role forms an essential part of the clinical oversight at Spill. Additional time is available and optional.As this is a Safeguarding Lead role, on the above days it is important that the post holder is able to respond to and effectively manage safeguarding escalations on the day (between 9am and 6pm). Trainee Multidisciplinary Advocate

We have an exciting opportunities for a&nbsp;Qualified&nbsp;or Trainee Single Disciplinary (IMHA) Advocate&nbsp;to join our established and friendly Advocacy Team.&nbsp;We work for Rethink Advocacy, which is part of Rethink Mental Illness a national charity that has been transforming the lives of people severely affected by mental illness for over 50 years.As an unqualified, inexperienced independent single discipline advocate, you will be required to enrol on the Level 4 Independent Advocacy Practice qualification and complete the course within a set timescale, using protected study time to focus on this. You will shadow experienced team members and then be observed providing advocacy to those who are eligible for our services until you are able to pick up a caseload of your own. Although your focus will be on one particular remit of advocacy, you will receive training across the different remits of advocacy, instructed and non-instructed advocacy and safeguarding and be supported to develop a thorough understanding of the role and boundaries of advocacy. The role involves acting on the instruction of the people you support, empowering them to have a say in their situation, to understand their rights and any options open to them and supporting them towards self-advocacy. When providing non-instructed advocacy, you will ensure that the unique preferences and views of the person are taken into consideration in any decisions made by care providers.As a qualified and / or experienced independent advocate, you will provide statutory and / or non-statutory independent advocacy to those who are eligible for the service within the community or care settings. This will include secure facilities and hospitals.As a field worker, you will be based in the community and will manage your own calendar, planning in client visits effectively as well all administrative tasks.You will work across Wandsworth and Richmond and therefore will need to have the ability to travel between multiple client appointment locations across the day, as well as travel to team meetings and training sessions as required.Advocacy is having someone by your side, and on your side, when you want to be more involved in decisions about your care, treatment and living arrangements. An advocate can talk through the situation you’re currently in and the options open to you. They can help you decide what you want and then communicate it to people. Trainee/Qualified Single Disciplinary Advocate IMHA

			Join Emerald Place Clinic as a Consultant Child and Young People Psychiatrist and deliver, treat and empower young people to live a safe and independent life. 
You will join our multidisciplinary team in a 12-bed General Adolescent Inpatient Unit. The unit provides care for young people aged 13 –18 experiencing acute mental health difficulties requiring inpatient treatment. You will play a key role in clinical leadership, risk management, and therapeutic planning, ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed care.
As a CYPMHS Consultant Psychiatrist, you will deliver an evidence-based and focused treatment plan to support the children and young people, and their families, as they progress through their care plans to understand eating behaviours and restore physical health.&nbsp;
You will work alongside the talented and experienced multidisciplinary team to create tailored treatment programmes to support the individual needs of each young person within a warm and nurturing environment. This will allow you to understand symptoms, patterns and origins of psychological distress.&nbsp;
Team Structure

As the Consultant Child and Young People Psychiatrist, your responsibilities will include:
Clinical Duties
<ul type="disc">
 <li>Provide psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and management of young people admitted to the unit.</li>
 <li>Lead on formulation and treatment planning in collaboration with the MDT.</li>
 <li>Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medication in line with NICE guidelines.</li>
 <li>Conduct regular ward rounds, CPA reviews, and Mental Health Act assessments.</li>
 <li>Liaise with families, carers, and external agencies including Case managers, community CYPMHS, social care, and education providers.</li>
 <li>Provide clinical leadership in managing complex cases and safeguarding concerns.</li>
</ul>
Leadership &amp; Governance
<ul type="disc">
 <li>Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.</li>
 <li>Participate in clinical governance, audit, and peer review activities.</li>
 <li>Support junior medical staff and contribute to teaching and supervision.</li>

To be successful in this role, you'll need
