Working collaboratively with the education team, you will deliver psychological assessment and intervention to pupils who may have experienced developmental trauma, be neurodivergent or have SEMH needs. You will work within the standards provided in the OFG Psychological Practice Ways of Working. This will guide your practice within an education setting and clarify your roles and responsibilities, while taking into account the requirements of your governing and professional bodies. You will be given responsibility for holding a psychological caseload, with the full support of your designated clinical supervisor and site lead, also contributing to school development, staff training and consultation as required. Senior Psychologist - Trauma Informed Care (Part Time)

About The Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Psychologist to join our integrated Mental Healthcare team at HMP Stocken, a category C training prison housing around 1056 patients the majority of whom are aged between 21-40 years of age. This role would suit an experienced Psychologist familiar with adult mental health presentations, neurodiversity and complex trauma. The applicant must be familiar with trauma informed approaches and working with patients who have a broad range of complex presentations. The applicant will be part of the Integrated Mental Health Team and will be an integral part of the clinical leadership team supporting the development of the psychological therapies service; they will also manage 2 Assistant Psychologists. Hours This role is part time working 22.5 hours/ 3 days per week Monday Friday, we are flexible regarding which days are worked. Salary This position is a part time position working 22.5 hours per week offering up to £61,190 per annum FTE - depending on experience.
