Educational Psychologist - East Midlands (Face to Face)We're partnering with a Local Authority in the East Midlands who are seeking experienced Educational Psychologists to support with statutory Education, Health and Care Needs Assessments (EHCNAs).Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide high-quality psychological input and advice to inform the EHCP process</li><li>Conduct in-person assessments to identify learning needs, emotional wellbeing, and barriers to achievement</li><li>Produce clear, child-focused statutory reports to support decision-making</li><li>Work in partnership with schools, families, and other professionals, always keeping the child or young person at the centre</li><li>Recommend evidence-based strategies and interventions for pupils with behavioural, emotional, and learning needs</li><li>Offer consultation and training to school staff, helping to strengthen inclusive practice and build long-term capacity</li></ul>What We're Looking For:<ul><li>Postgraduate qualification in Educational Psychology</li><li>HCPC registration (essential)</li><li>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills</li><li>Proven experience of working with children and young people, with a commitment to improving outcomes</li></ul>Role Details:<ul><li> 550 - 650 per day</li><li>Face-to-face assessments required</li><li>Hybrid flexibility for reports/admin</li><li>Inside IR35</li></ul>Additional Benefits:<ul><li>Flexible working arrangements to suit your schedule</li><li>Referral scheme worth 500 if you recommend a colleague we successfully place</li></ul>To apply, email or call Dane on (phone number removed).
