  <p>Are you a highly specialist practitioner psychologist looking to work within the acute hospital setting with the liaison psychiatry team? Liaison psychiatry is looking for a part time highly specialist practitioner psychologist based primarily at Royal Bournemouth Hospital with cross cover at Poole Hospital as and when required.</p>
<p>As the highly specialist practitioner psychologist you will manage and develop the specialist psychology service for older people in Dorset. Providing expertise and specialist psychological advice, guidance and consultation to other professionals, contributing directly to clients' formulation, diagnosis and treatment plan. You will be responsible for the day-to-day line management and clinical supervision of psychologists and assistant psychologists working in the Liaison psychiatry service.</p>

  <p>We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and highly motivated Clinical Associate in Psychology to join our team. This post would be suitable for someone wishing to develop their skills in working with people with eating disorders and we welcome applications from those who trained in an Adult Mental Health setting. This post will be located at April House in Southampton and will also involve some remote working.</p><p>We are a supportive multi-disciplinary team that includes psychologists, nurses, psychiatrists, dietitians, psychological therapists, clinical associate in psychology, occupational therapists and support workers. We are committed to delivering high quality recovery focused care and offer a range of evidence-based interventions, including CBT-ED, DBT-BED, SSCM, MANTRA and psychodynamic psychotherapy. We are part of the FREED early intervention network and also work closely with families and carers.</p><p>This role offers exciting opportunities for direct clinical work, service development and multi-disciplinary team working. You will provide evidence-based psychological therapies to people experiencing a range of eating disorders, many of whom present with comorbid mental health difficulties. The role will involve delivering individual and group interventions, as well as some joint work with our day service staff.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>We will provide you with the necessary training and supervision to deliver some of the core evidence-based interventions for eating disorders, including CBT-ED, group DBT for Binge Eating Disorder (DBT-BED) and Specialist Supportive Clinical Management (SSCM).   <p>Southampton Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service are excited to invite applications for a Band 7 Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. This is a great opportunity to join our team in Children &amp; Families Service line to support in the delivery of high quality children's mental health services.</p><p>The successful candidate will have a keen interest in working collaboratively with children and families and with partner agencies to promote positive outcomes for children and families in Southampton.   <p>You will be working alongside an established CAMHS team at an important time in our development. It really is an exciting time to be joining Southampton CAMHS as we push forward with implementing new ways of working in order to best meet the needs of children and families accessing our service.   <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen at University Hospital Southampton Trust to undertake a level 6 apprenticeship in Therapeutic Radiography. You will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team treating patients with cancer using radiation in an innovative and ever developing field of healthcare. Southampton's Radiotherapy department is newly equipped with state-of-the-art treatment Linacs with Surface-Guided technology fitted on all of these. </p>
<p>This exciting role provides candidates with the opportunity to earn whilst you learn, gets hand on clinical practice as well as theory-based learning through Sheffield Hallam University.</p>
<p>The apprenticeship runs over 3 years, based in University Hospital Southampton's Radiotherapy department, and comprises of:</p>
<ul>
<li>On the job training based within our pioneering radiotherapy department</li>
<li>Off the job training - following an integrated timetable with Sheffield Hallam University. The University course commences in March 2024; attendance will be mostly through distance learning although you will be expected to attend a few days on site at the University.</li>
<li>Completion of a BSc (Hons) degree in Therapeutic Radiography, approved by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)</li>
</ul>
<p>The post is 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.</p>
