			<p>Are you an experienced&nbsp;CYPMHS Eating Disorder Consultant Psychiatrist looking an opportunity&nbsp;where you will be part of a supportive and experienced team providing Tier 4 inpatient services to young people with eating disorders?&nbsp;</p>
<p>Join Brighton and Hove Clinic, which is a specialist Inpatient Eating Disorder service for children and young people aged 12 up to 18 years, and you will be providing evidence-based and focused treatment programmes designed for the individual needs of each young person.</p>
<p>You will be registered on the Specialist Register for Child and Young People Psychiatry with a license to practice with experience of CYPMHS Eating Disorders and leading multidisciplinary teams.</p>

They will be responsible for the supervision of Assistant Psychologists, Clinical Trainees and Psychology Graduate Volunteers and will support psychological practice within the wider team through consultation, supervision, formulation and training. They will utilise research skills for audit and research within the area and contribute to service improvement and development.</p> <p>There will be opportunities to lead on pathway developments as part of the transformation developing the psychological offer and supporting the MDT in psychological thinking.   <p>This role requires you to use your lived experience of mental health conditions, which enables you to work with service users differently and foster a sense of "I've been there" connection.</p> <p>We are looking to recruit a peer support worker to join our Community Rehabilitation Service (CRS) in Brighton and Hove. We are a supportive, well-resourced and staffed team located across Brighton General Hospital and Millview Hospital, which is well served by public transport, as is the whole city.   <p>The CRS is a specialist mental health team working with service users with a primary diagnosis of psychosis who have complex needs including drug and alcohol misuse. Service users under CRS require an intensive level of support to ensure their recovery; some have a history of difficulty forming relationships with mental health services/professionals and may have had multiple admissions to hospital. You will work in partnership with a diverse team of clinicians and support staff including Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Nurses and our third sector partners. </p> <p>In line with our Trust value of 'People First', evidence shows that people who are treated in community and in the least restrictive manner, have better outcomes. In this role you will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, to help us provide this opportunity for our service users in line with national agendas of The Getting It Right First Time a whole system approach to recovery from mental ill health, maximising an individual's quality of life and social inclusion.</p> <p>You will be working under the guidance of a qualified professional in the team and there will mentoring and support available from more experienced peer workers within the Trust. <p><strong>About The Role</strong></p> <p>We have an exciting opportunity for a fully trained part time Emotional Literacy Support Assistant (ELSA) to join our great staff team at Ark Blacklands Primary Academy, working primarily across year groups from EYFS to Year 3, however sometimes years 4-6, to develop children's emotional literacy and support them to be successful in their learning.<br> This is a key post in our school which is centred around supporting children to understand and regulate their own emotions whilst also respecting the feelings of those around them.</p> <p>We are looking for an experienced ELSA, to ensure the best support for our pupils. However, we are prepared to train the right candidate who is self-motivated and willing to undertake ample self-study in order to increase their own knowledge.</p> <p>Our ELSA will help children to develop their social and emotional skills in order to flourish in school. They will work in small groups or 1:1 situations and also be willing to occasionally teach ELSA strategies to whole classes. Some children / young people will have suffered adverse childhood experiences, and you will identify their risks and needs, escalating where necessary. The students therefore need a Mental Health Teaching Assistant who will be dedicated to being a consistent role model, is committed to building strong relationships, is empathetic and up for a challenge!</p><p>A common feature for many children and young people with special educational needs is marginalisation and disadvantage, trauma, dysfunctional family relationships, low educational attainment and stigmatisation. Subsequently they face many barriers in life and are more 'at risk' of negative outcomes.
