<li>Provide specialist music therapy assessment and intervention, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in line with evidence-based principles and best practice</li>
<li>Offer therapeutic support to children and young people with complex medical, developmental and palliative care needs</li>
<li>Work across a range of community settings, including the Palliative Care/Kaleidoscope service, home environments and clinic-based locations</li>
<li>Contribute to specific projects as delegated by the Kaleidoscope Lead</li>
<li>Deliver home and community-based sessions tailored to the needs of children with life-limiting conditions and their families</li>
<li>Provide both individual and group blocks of music therapy to address identified therapeutic goals in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team and families</li>
<li>Support the wider Kaleidoscope Palliative Care Team, working closely with Children's Community Nursing and Social Services Child Development Services to ensure coordinated, compassionate and accountable car</li>

  <p>Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust is one of the largest providers of Talking Therapies services in the country. We are currently seeking cognitive behavioural therapists to join our recommissioned Norfolk and Waveney service, which provides evidence-based psychological therapies to people aged 16 and over.</p> <p>This is a particularly positive time to join us, following contract renewal, as the service moves to a data-led, Place-based model, taking provision closer to the local population that it serves while developing an already broad portfolio of clinical specialisms, including perinatal, trauma and long term conditions. <strong>We are looking to recruit to enhance our place based model across West, North and East Norfolk.</strong> Recent innovations have included the launch of a mobile service delivery vehicle and the production of a short film for new fathers.</p> <p>Norfolk and Waveney Talking Therapies is research active and is working closely with the University of East Anglia, a UK Top 25 university (Complete University Guide 2025) as both a provider of training for mental health professionals and a research partner as we build our portfolio of projects. We are also working with local acute healthcare providers to this end, embedding our therapeutic staff within wider systems of health.   <p>You will be expected to hold a caseload of clients, working at the national standard for Talking Therapies, at Step 3 this is delivering 20 clinical contact hours per week, providing evidence-based assessment and treatment for people presenting with a range of commonly experienced disorders such as depression and anxiety.</p> <p>Working within a busy, high volume clinical environment is often challenging and therefore, all staff are expected to participate in regular clinical supervision to ensure the quality of delivery and maintain professional development and wellbeing.</p> <p>Our psychological therapies are delivered face to face, as well as online and by telephone, depending upon the needs of service users.   <p>We are looking for a permanent full-time Band 6 AHP/pain therapist (physiotherapist or occupational therapist) to join the Pain Rehabilitation Team. This is an ideal opportunity for AHP's who enjoy the challenge of a varied, often complex clinical caseload, who wish to develop their <strong><em>Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), clinical reasoning and rehabilitation skills</em></strong> further and are keen to integrate into this progressive pathway of care.</p> <p>The Pain Rehabilitation Team offers a hybrid service comprising 60% face to face working (1-2-1 and group short courses), and 40% telerehabilitation (telephone and video consultations).   <p>     Foster an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) framework for all consultations and treatment interventions</p>
<p>     Deliver rehabilitation clinics: 1-2-1 and group therapy sessions across Pain Rehabilitation services.</p>
<p>     Utilise well established referral pathways across Pain Rehabilitation, MSK, Spinal, Orthopaedic, Women's Health, ENT/Vestibular, Rheumatology, ME/CFS, Community ICT and neurology, Talkworks and mental health services</p>
<p>     Become a valued member of the MDT</p>
<p>     Pursue opportunities for training and development including Solution Focused Therapy sessions, 1-2-1 supervision, Clinical Interest Groups, and Fellowships.</p>
<p>     Participate in appropriate clinical audits, data collection and comply with professional standards and Clinical Governance.</p>

If you have a passion for art and experience supporting learners with additional needs, this could be the perfect role for you.</p><p><strong>About the Role:</strong><br> You will deliver engaging, creative sessions to young people who may have additional needs such as:</p><ul><li>SEN (Special Educational Needs)</li><li>SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health)</li><li>Trauma</li><li>At risk of PEX (Permanent Exclusion)</li></ul><p>Your work will make a real difference, helping learners build confidence and develop skills through art-based approaches.</p><p><strong>About you:</strong></p><ul><li>At least <strong>1 year of experience</strong> in UK schools in roles such as Tutor, Teacher, Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, ELSA, 1:1 support, Art Teacher, Art Therapist, Counsellor and so on.</li><li>A background in <strong>art</strong>, <strong>art therapy</strong>, or related fields</li><li>Experience working with learners with additional needs</li></ul><br><br>As a Tutor, You Will:<br><br><ul><li>Plan and deliver tailored art-based sessions to meet individual learning needs</li><li>Support emotional well-being and encourage positive engagement</li><li>Work 1:1 or in small groups with learners who may have complex needs</li><li>Maintain a safe, inclusive, and creative learning environment</li></ul><p>Position -Art Tutor<br>Contract or position start date - ASAP<br>Contract or position end date (if applicable) - N/A<br>Full time/part-time - Part Time<br>Hours - Various<br>Essential &amp; Desirable Qualifications:</p><ul><li><ul><li><ul><li>Minimum of 1 year of experience working with young people</li></ul></li></ul></li></ul><p>To be eligible for this role through Prospero teaching, you must:</p><ul><li>Hold right to work in the UK</li><li>Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application</li><li>Provide references upon request</li><li>Possess up to date Safeguarding Training (or a willingness to undertake this)</li></ul>
