  <p>We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Clinical/Counselling Psychologist or Psychotherapist with relevant experience to join the leadership team in our Home Treatmentservice in Sheffield. The team works with a range of partner agencies, including GP's and VCSE organisations, to deliver interventions and treatment to people with a range of mental health difficulties in crisis including those with serious mental illness with a focus on reducing risk and avoiding hospital admission. The successful candidate will join a large team of supportive multi-professionals alongside clinical and forensic psychologists, psychotherapists and clinical associate psychologists within the acute, crisis and inpatient psychology team.</p> <p>This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience of clinical, operational and leadership roles. There are ongoing opportunities in the service to shape the psychology clinical pathway and the successful applicant will be actively involved in 'Home First' development. The role involves the co-ordination and organisation of the work of psychologists/ psychotherapists and other clinical members of the team to provide high quality psychologically-based care and treatment. The post holder will maintain a clinical caseload, provide clinical supervision, reflective practice and debrief and will actively work with other clinical leads in the service.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>To provide clinical leadership and operational management for the Psychology team within the Home Treatment and urgent and crisis service in Sheffield.</p> <p>To provide clinical supervision and line management to psychologists/psychotherapists, clinical associate psychologists, mental health and wellbeing practitioners, assistant(s), trainee(s) and other professionals (where required). You will be responsible for the systematic governance of psychological practice and the co-ordination and organisation of the work of your team.</p> <p>You will support the team to monitor waiting lists and will support the co-ordination of resources available to the team by responding to referrals, making autonomous professional and clinical judgements based upon complex information, prioritising accordingly and contributing to multidisciplinary decision making. You will also use research skills for audit, policy and service development and research.</p> <p>To deliver assessment, formulation, and interventions in-line with evidence-based practice, though keeping client need at the heart of the work and offer highly specialised advice and consultation on service users' psychological care.</p> <p>To advise on and support the management of demand and capacity within the service.</p>

Senior Wellbeing Practitioner

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p><strong>Fixed term: 12 months | 30hrs per week </strong></p>
<p>Join our supportive, multidisciplinary Sheffield Eating Disorders Assessment and Treatment Team (SEDATT), part of CAMHS. We specialise in the assessment and evidence-based treatment of children and young people with eating disorders, often presenting with complex comorbidities.</p>
<p>As a CBT Therapist, you will deliver specialist interventions, contribute to MDT care planning, and support service development through supervision, consultation, and collaborative working.</p>
<p><strong>What You'll Bring:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Doctoral-level training in Clinical Psychology, or be a qualified RMN, Social Worker, Art Therapist, or Family Therapist</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>CBT accreditation with the BABCP, with a focus on work with children and young people</p>

<p>Registration with the HCPC (or other relevant professional body)</p>

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>Reporting into the Lead Professional in CAMHS, your responsibilities will include:</p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Deliver high-quality, specialist Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy (CBP) to individuals and groups across a variety of settings.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Conduct specialist assessments and evidence-based interventions for young people with eating disorders and complex comorbidities such as depression and OCD.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Provide consultation and advice to colleagues and non-professional carers, working autonomously within guidelines and service policies.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Work within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to care planning, risk management, and ongoing case discussions.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Supervise and support CAMHS clinicians and CYP-IAPT trainees in CBP.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Use research skills to support audits, service development, and quality improvement projects within the service.</p>
</li>
</ul>
