			<p>Are you an experienced Psychologist looking for a rewarding career where you can make a difference and changes lives for the better?&nbsp; You will be working 22.5 hours per week as a Part-time Clinical Psychologist at&nbsp;Pinhoe View, a 36 bed Acute Inpatient Hospital in Exeter.&nbsp;</p>

<p>You will be leading the psychology department and working alongside members of the Multi-disciplinary Team (MDT), to offer patient-centred care, implementing daily, meaningful activities which can support recovery.</p>
<p>This entails competently assessing unwell service users, including completing assessments, planning and implementing person-centred interventions and the ongoing evaluation of their care and treatment.</p>
<p>You will be required to oversee the provision of the psychology service, as well as supporting the team in facilitating assessment and formulation interventions and psychology groups in collaboration with the team.</p>

  <p><strong>Join us as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) Trainee in the TALKWORKS service in March 2026. Gain high quality training &amp; work in a service delivering evidence based, Low Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for those with common mental health problems. We are a high performing NHS Talking Therapies service in England, with an award winning long term health conditions team.</strong></p><p>We are looking for enthusiastic trainees with a commitment to our local communities.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>This is a training role within NHS Talking Therapies services. You will work within the service providing high volume low intensity interventions whilst undertaking a programme of training for this role.</p><p>The training post will equip you to assess patients &amp; provide a range of CBT based self-management interventions to clients with mild to moderate anxiety &amp; depression.</p><p><strong>Structure: These are full time clinical training posts, Monday-Friday 9-5.</strong></p><p><strong>2x days per week</strong> used for taught &amp; self-study days required by the education provider, as specified within National Low Intensity curriculum.</p><p><strong>3x days per week</strong>dedicated to clinic work where you will be actively in office, shadowing colleagues, learning how our professional NHS service operates &amp; beginning to pick up your own clinical caseload using your newly developed skills.</p><p>We welcome applications from positive and motivated individuals who contribute to our supportive team systems, in our offices, across our Devon clinics &amp; remotely.</p><p><strong>You will be thoroughly supported on your journey to becoming a PWP by supervision, tutors and mentors. The postholder will work collaboratively with both the school's Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the Regional Clinical Lead. The role will be split between clinically leading the team and holding a therapy caseload. Working collaboratively with the team, the postholder will deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our students who may present with complex profiles of need as a result of autism and other types of neurodivergence, developmental trauma and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. Meeting the needs of EHCP plans will be a primary focus in this role, target led, via the OFG 'all', 'group' and 'individual' clinical ways of working, embedded into our clinical practice. They will also be responsible for coordinating the line management of the members of the onsite clinical team and leading on the service development of the clinical school-based service, alongside the school SLT and Regional Clinical Lead. </p><p>Our Clinical Teams help maintain a person-centred, empowering approach always putting the pupils we support at the forefront of everything they do.
