If so, join The Avalon Centre—a 20-bed Neurobehavioral Rehabilitation Service supporting people with acquired brain injury who present with complex and challenging needs and require a structured neurobehavioural rehabilitation programme</p>
<p>Service users may be detained under the Mental Health Act, supported via Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards, or admitted informally, with referrals from rehabilitation centres, psychiatric hospitals, prisons, and courts.</p>
<p>As a key member of the transdisciplinary team, you will provide expert psychiatric leadership and medical oversight, advising on complex clinical issues and ensuring evidence-based care. You will operationally manage services within agreed standards and targets, administer the Mental Health Act, and uphold clinical policy and standards. Your responsibilities include leading psychiatric assessment, treatment planning, and risk management, while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and governance frameworks.</p>
<p>You will share responsibility with the GP for medical services, oversee 24-hour inpatient care, and supervise medical staff, providing professional and personal support. Acting as part of the Senior Management Team, you will contribute to policy development, service improvement, and strategic planning. Additional duties include preparing reports for Mental Health Review Tribunals and CPA meetings, attending site meetings, and ensuring timely submission of documentation.   <p><strong>The BSW Specialist Community Perinatal Mental Health Service is looking for a Perinatal Infant Mental Health Specialist to join our team, covering the BaNES, Swindon, and Wiltshire (BSW) area.</strong></p> <p>The team is multidisciplinary, providing support for women who experience serious mental health problems or present with a high risk of relapse during pregnancy and the postnatal period. We offer assessment and treatment aimed at addressing mental ill health and enhancing the mother-infant relationship where mental health needs have impacted this. We provide multi-agency training in perinatal mental health to other professionals and agencies working with women in the perinatal period, in addition to offering consultation and advice. Currently, the team works alongside women and their families from pregnancy until their infant's first birthday.</p> <p>This post is suitable for experienced and professionally registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, or Clinical Psychologists, with additional postgraduate training in infant mental health or other equivalent qualifications.   <p><strong>Do you have experience working with Children, Young people and their families with mental health difficulties?</strong></p> <p><strong>Are you looking to enhance your skills and work within a supportive and experienced team?</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a Clinical or counselling Psychologist to join the Bath and North East Somerset (BANES) Mental Health Support Team (MHST) on a part-time basis.</p> <p>You would be joining an MHST team of dedicated staff working in schools across BANES, offering Low Intensity CBT for mild/moderate anxiety and low mood, as well as a whole school approach.</p> <p>You would be offering 1:1 therapy for CYP with moderate MH needs that exceed/do not fit with Low Intensity as well as providing Clinical Skills and Case Management supervision and support to colleagues trained in Low intensity CBT.</p> <p>If you do not currently possess a post graduate certificate in Supervision, you will be enrolled on the one year part time post graduate supervisors course in order to meet the requirements of this role.</p> <p>You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the many exciting service developments currently underway. We have close links with the University of Bath and University of Oxford Doctorate courses.</p>

  <p>You will be joining either the BANES Mental Health Support Team, a constantly evolving service which is committed to adapting to meet diverse and challenging demands and to maintaining high quality specialist assessment and intervention whilst being mindful of throughput, innovation and efficiencies. The work can be fast paced with a need to be flexible but also highly rewarding. You will support the model of high volume low intensity as well as offer more intense support to those CYP with more complex needs.</p> <p>We are looking for an enthusiastic, personable, and resourceful individual who is committed to supporting developing services as part of a multi-disciplinary team.   <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Locum Clinical Psychologist (Grade 8a) to join our friendly Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) in North East Wiltshire, and the Wiltshire Psychological Therapies Service (PTS),for a period of six months.</p> <p>This locum role is primarily based in Chippenham and Devizes, while providing clinical services to the older adult population throughout Wiltshire.</p> <p>Working as part of both the Wiltshire PTS and CMHT offers psychologists the opportunity to treat a range of disorders and presenting difficulties.   <p>This post is within the multi-disciplinary Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) and the Wiltshire Psychological Therapies Service (PTS). We are an enthusiastic and innovative team that values the input and contribution of all our staff and strives to offer the best possible services to our clients.</p> <p>We provide a wide range of psychological therapies, including CBT, EMDR, ACT, DBT, CAT, Integrative approaches, Schema-focused therapy, Mindfulness-based interventions, and Solution-focused methods, delivered in both group and individual contexts, primarily on an outpatient basis.</p> <p>The successful applicant will have clearly demonstrable skills and knowledge in working with people from the older adult age range.
