<p>This is a new service and you will be working alongside other therapists delivering highly skilled psychological interventions at this difficult time in women's/families lives. We are looking to recruit a part time 30 hours per week Family Therapist to lead with Systemic interventions.</p>

  <p>The position of Senior Lecturer has been introduced to enable flexible delivery within a portfolio of courses, and where appropriate, across portfolios. It aims to facilitate the post holder in implementing a wide range of skills within an integrated post. At senior level, the post holder will be required to undertake a leadership role in relation to an aspect of course delivery; in this instance, oversight of the digital component of the MA in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy (M58), which is accredited by the British Psychoanalytic Council. The post holder will work flexibly across a range of programmes to provide teaching, supervision and tuition to master's and where appropriate, doctoral students, as required. This newly integrated CMH team is developing a pathway for people with psychosis and an enhanced pathway for people with psychosis where meaningful engagement can be a challenge. You will work closely with senior colleagues across our teams and localities on team and service development whilst providing psychological interventions to people with greatest complexity. </p> <p>We want you to feel supported within your role and we are keen see our psychologists flourish and develop with training in Family Interventions (BFT), CBT for Psychosis (CBTp) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for example.
