Key Responsibilities: Manage online referrals promptly Provide short-term counseling (3-8 sessions) to clients Offer timely written/verbal feedback and case notes Report risk events to the Case Management Team Qualifications and Requirements: BACP/UKCP/COSCA/BPS, NCS, BABCP accredited practitioner or equivalent If not accredited: Diploma level qualification, registered member of a professional counseling body, 3 years post-qualification experience, and 450+ counseling hours Ability to work within a short-term counseling model in an EAP context Professional indemnity insurance of at least £1,000,000 Registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) as a Data Controller Access to a suitable, dedicated consulting room with appropriate privacy and waiting area IT literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, email, and online systems Understanding of organizational dynamics and workplace issues Ability to work collaboratively with the Case Management teamWe're a people-focused, customer-first, purpose-driven team who works together every day to innovate and do good.
