<p>You would be joining the CPI Team, which is an established team of Arts Psychotherapist, Clinical Psychologists Psychotherapists and Psychological Therapists</p>
<p>Both post holder will be based at Petherton Resource Centre offering a service to clients from the south area of Bristol. You will be providing assessments, psychological formulation, planning and implementing individual and group art psychotherapy sessions within community services.</p>

  <p>The Perinatal Mental Health Service has a diverse and highly skilled team of perinatal psychological therapists who are committed to providing evidence-based interventions to parents and families that are accessible and acceptable to the diverse South London population. We are recruiting for a permanent position with the Lewisham Perinatal Community Mental Health Team.</p>
<p>Our psychological workforce and the therapeutic modalities that we offer are a key part of delivering the ambitions of the NHS Long Term Plan. This post focuses primarily on delivery of perinatal psychological therapies for parental mental health problems, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). There is a focus on coproduction, quality, supervision and ongoing audit and evaluation, keeping the experience of service users at the heart.</p>
<p>The successful applicant will join a friendly and supportive psychological therapies service that offers opportunities for research and continuing professional development. Specialist perinatal psychology clinical and professional supervision will be provided from within the service.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>We are looking for a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist or Accredited Cognitive Behaviour Therapist to provide psychological assessment and intervention to women, birthing people and families in the perinatal period, as well as contribute to the multi-disciplinary team.</p>
<p>We would like to hear from those who have experience delivering psychological therapies in secondary care or within a MDT setting, and are proficient in delivering NICE concordant interventions for depression, anxiety disorders, psychosis and bipolar affective disorder.</p>
<p>You will ideally have experience of working with parents and families within the perinatal period and / or a keen interest to develop knowledge and skills in this area. Specialist perinatal supervision will be provided and you will join a friendly and supportive team of specialist perinatal psychologists and psychological therapists.</p>



  <h3>About us</h3>
  <p>Perinatal Mental Health Teams (PMHTs) are secondary care mental health teams that specialise in supporting women and birthing people in the perinatal period (pregnancy and the postnatal period) who have severe and complex mental health difficulties.</p>
<p>We assess and treat a range of difficulties including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychosis, personality disorders and eating disorders. The service is designed to provide timely input to women and their families to mitigate the impact of mental health disorder on the child.</p>
<p>We are a multi-disciplinary team including psychiatry, psychology, nursing, occupational therapy, and nursery nursing. The service works closely with maternity/obstetric services as well as other agencies (e.g., health visiting and social services). We have close links with the Mother-Baby Unit (MBU) in-patient unit at the Bethlem Royal Hospital.</p>

  <p>Tower Hamlets Talking Therapies (THTT) is one of the leading national Talking Therapies services and we are keen to recruit an experienced Counsellor. The successful candidate will join our dynamic Counselling Therapies team and work alongside other therapists who are trained in a number of different modalities including; person-centred, humanistic, integrative, and psychodynamic. Other teams of therapists at THTT are trained in a range of therapies including EMDR, Eating Disorders treatment, CBT and a well-established PWP team.</p>   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The post-holder will provide individual and group counselling interventions for clients with mild to moderate common mental health problems as appropriate to meet service user needs. They will monitor their performance and outcomes in conjunction with the stream lead.The post-holder will be BACP/UKCP registered/accredited and is required to be eligible and willing to undertake the NHS Talking Therapies training in Counselling for Depression if requested. The post holder will implement a stepped care approach to clinical practice and will work with clients who present with depression and anxiety for which Counselling is demonstrated to be clinically effective and appropriate.A percentage of the post-holders' clinical contact hours will be filled with triage assessments. The number of triage assessments required per week will be specified by line managers/clinical lead.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>To offer inclusive, personalised and evidence-based specialist clinical skills &amp; practice within a team of psychological practitioners providing a specialist psychological &amp; mental health support service to eligible staff who are experiencing a need for psychological support due to reasons both within work and outside of work. </p> <p>In particular: </p> <p> To offer individual staff psychological assessment &amp; therapy to referred staff; some interventions are offered virtually, and some are offered face to face.</p> <p> To undertake high quality triage and signposting to community resources, Talking Therapies and Secondary Care Services as appropriate.</p> <p> Develop and run workshops using psychoeducational and reflective practice skills relating to the evidence base for psychological interventions with staff. </p> <p> To work closely within Here for You team to regularly review our workshops ensuring we deliver evidence-based interventions using current best practice in the area of staff psychological support within a compassionate framework.</p> <p> To ensure the clinical effectiveness of own practice and of service functioning by undertaking audit, research and service development activities relevant to the service area.</p> <p> To proactively outreach to identified at risk groups of staff.</p> <p> To work closely with Deputy Clinical Lead &amp; Clinical and Service Lead and playing a leadership role in developing this service across the system &amp; with our partner organisations.</p>
