  <p>MHSTs are a national initiative that is intended to provide children, families and school staff with increased access to mental health support. Camden MHST was first launched in January 2019 and provide a school based mental health service that works across Camden Primary and Secondary Schools as well as community hubs and clinics. Our service aims to promote and support child mental health through early intervention; that is before mental health difficulties arise, or when there are mild to moderate concerns relating to a young person's emotions, relationships and/or behaviour.</p> <p>To achieve our aims, we offer brief evidence-based approaches through universal (e.g. whole school approach), targeted (e.g. class or small group intervention) and individual therapeutic interventions.The national initiative emphasises the importance of a whole school approach with recognition of the central role that environment plays in fostering good wellbeing and positive outcomes for young people.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The post holder will hold a complex caseload within the multi-disciplinary team, undertaking a range of clinical assessments and offering highly skilled treatments or therapies that are outcome focused and evidence based, using appropriate therapeutic modalities.   <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead the Psychology service at Stockton Hall Hospital. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Consultant Psychologist, with robust experience within a forensic setting; someone who is a confident leader and is keen to develop to contribute to service development, including trauma informed care.</p><p>At Stockton Hall Hospital, just outside York, we are well-known for producing positive clinical outcomes for highly complex patients. We currently provide a medium-secure care setting in which patients access a broad range of therapeutic interventions including one-to-one and group-based psychological treatments.</p><p>Our service has produced excellent recovery results for patients, maximising their opportunity to progress to conditions of lower-security and community settings as safely and efficiently as possible.</p>

  <p>This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and energetic Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to work in Acute Mental Health.   <p>We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Clinical/Counselling Psychologist or Psychotherapist with relevant experience to join the leadership team in our Home Treatmentservice in Sheffield. The team works with a range of partner agencies, including GP's and VCSE organisations, to deliver interventions and treatment to people with a range of mental health difficulties in crisis including those with serious mental illness with a focus on reducing risk and avoiding hospital admission. There are ongoing opportunities in the service to shape the psychology clinical pathway and the successful applicant will be actively involved in 'Home First' development. treatment Requirements as part of a Mental Health Treatment Requirement initiative. This is a unique opportunity to work as a Qualified
Psychologist embedded in probation offices in the Norfolk region. </p><p>Within this role you will support
and enhance the professional psychological care of clients within the Criminal
Justice System (CJS); providing psychological assessment and psychological
interventions, working independently according to a plan agreed and within the
overall framework MHTRs, and St Andrews policies and procedures.</p><p>The service is psychology-led and
holds psychological assessment and formulation, as well as the service users we
work with, at the core of everything it offers.</p><p>Experience of using a range of

and delivering community based services for St Andrews. We offer a range
of services including, a busy private therapy clinic, a Medico-Legal Service,
Diagnostic Assessment Clinics (ADHD and ASD), a Complex Trauma Service for
Military Veterans, a community transition service and a range of MHTR services
across the midlands and east of England. We support LightBulb a schools based
mental wellness programme and are able to offer a comprehensive development
plan for those wishing to gain a range of experience.</p><p><strong>The Role and Person</strong></p><p>You will be responsible for delivering
outcome based psychological therapy that is uniquely tailored to meet the needs
of service users living in the region.You will supervise a number of
assistant psychologist supporting them in a manualised treatment approach,
whilst working with the wider team on more complex cases. You will be offered
supervision from a consultant Psychologist working within our service, they
will encourage you to develop your strengths and skills with opportunities for
professional development. </p><p>The service is community based and
appointments are offered where possible in the service users locality as well
as remotely via telephone and video. As some travel will be required, a
full drivers licence is essential or access to good public transport links.

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>This post sits within the Children and Young Peoples Learning Disability Service within Mindworks at Surrey and Borders. The Children's LD Service is a Surrey County Wide Service, with 4 bases: Redhill Leatherhead Chertsey and Godalming. This post is being advertised as a development post, however if you have the relevant knowledge and experience for a Band 8a you are also able to apply.</p>
<p>The service is a friendly welcoming and supportive Team, made up of Nurses Psychology Music Therapy and Psychiatry along with Admin colleagues. There is a monthly Business Meeting and twice monthly clinical issues meeting, with a quarterly LD Forum.</p>
<p>The post holder will hold a case load of young people and provide appropriate interventions / support. This will include working with the family/ carers and wider MDT to ensure a consistency of approach. The post holder will also provide regular supervision to the AP based in the geographical area. They will be supported by the Clinical Psychologist in their development. Alongside regular supervision and appraisal with an identified development plan. The post holder will also contribute to the service ASD Pathway and any other pathways that are appropriate.</p>
