  <p>The post holder will hold a complex caseload within the multi-disciplinary team, undertaking specialist neurodevelopmental assessments and post assessment interventions. </p>  <p>The post holder will communicate complex information in a highly skilled and sensitive manner, at times dealing with service users who may be hostile or present challenging behaviours.</p>  <p>You will maintain a high standard of clinical records, producing and maintaining good communications with referrers and other professionals involved, liaising with the referrers where appropriate, including liaison with local services and participating in outreach meetings. </p>  <p>The post holder will contribute to the quality, safety and continuous improvement of services provided to service users and their families.</p>

  <p>The post holder will lead on complex neurodevelopmental assessments for CYP aged 12-25 years within the Autism Assessment pathway undertaking behavioural observations and Developmental interviews for allocated cases.</p>  <p>Leading on the writing of comprehensive assessment reports where leading on the assessment and contributing to other assessment reports where the clinician has contributed.</p>  <p>Work with team manager on intake, referral coordination and on the implementation of the assessment clinics.</p>  <p>Provide consultation to external agencies as required such as GPs/schools/Local authorities,</p>   <h3>About us</h3>

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and committed Clinical Psychologist or Counselling Psychologist to join our well-established Complex Psychological Interventions Service in Bristol. The post is based in Adult Mental Health Services in the Inner City and East Bristol team, and the successful applicant will support the delivery of psychological interventions in the Assessment and Recovery Team.</p>
<p>We are looking for applicants with a particular interest in working with people with a broad range of complex and enduring mental health difficulties across the lifespan, including older adults who are served within our ageless service. We are particularly interested in candidates with special skills and experience in CBT for severe mental health difficulties.</p>
<p>In addition, the successful candidate will lead the organisation and development of our established Staff Support Debrief Service for the community teams in Bristol.</p>
<p>As well as working closely within the teams, you will receive excellent support and supervision from more senior and well-established CPI members. There will be opportunities for continuing professional development and development of innovative research projects.</p>

This multi-disciplinary, community service serves the Walsall area.</p> <p>Walsall CLDT is supportive, forward-thinking &amp; committed to improving patient care. It serves people with a learning disability experiencing significant mental health needs and/or displaying significant behavioural distress. It is part of a stepped care whole-pathway model linking with the IST, FCT, A&amp;T Inpatient services &amp; local Commissioning services.</p> <p>There are likely to be opportunities to work across the division, linking in to our community based services.   <p>The team provides a full range of assessments, interventions, support, training and advice to individuals themselves, their families and paid carers and the network of multi-agency stakeholders who are involved in the care and support of people experiencing complex behavioural and/or emotional distress.</p>
<p>Guided by recovery principles, the team maintains close liaison and pathways with a range of existing and specialist mental health community teams, social support accommodation services and social care agencies across the Walsall area in order to ensure that people with a learning disability and mental health and/or behavioural distress needs are also well supported by the full range of services and opportunities that meet their whole life person centred needs and aspirations.</p>

They will bring experience combining the best of evidence based clinical assessment &amp; formulation with integrative, client centred, therapeutic interventions.</p> <p>They will be skilled in both individual and group work adapted to match the different intellectual &amp; emotional abilities within the client group. They will have experience and skills to oversee the performance and development of existing psychological pathways, such as Trauma, PBS and Dementia.</p> <p>There are opportunities to develop new and existing group programmes.   <p>The Trusted Relationships Service has grown from strength to strength since the original Home Office funding in 2018. We have now secured 3 more year of funding and we are looking for two enthusiastic, independent, clinicians to come and work alongside our other 8 clinicians, for 2 days a week.</p>
<p>This is non-case holding post, clinicians do not have any direct patient contact.</p>
<p>Instead, you will work with Police and Social care staff to support their work safeguarding children who are at risk of extrafamilial abuse and exploitation. Based within the Complex Safeguarding teams, across Greater Manchester, the Trusted Relationships clinicians work with staff to facilitate psychological awareness, particularly in relation to trauma, by offering case-based consultation, staff support and bespoke-training.</p>
<p>The Trusted Relationships Service is a team within the GM Resilience Hub, and consequently clinicians have access to a range of expertise and CPD opportunities.</p>

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>Trusted Relationships clinicians are generally based in Police stations, offering a face to face service to Complex Safeguarding staff.</p> <p>There are three key areas of service delivery:</p> <ul>  <li>case-based consultation, offering psychological formulations to help staff understand any number of different factors influencing the children and families they are supporting and how this might impact their relationships and approach to safeguarding.</li>  <li>bespoke training and workshops to teams and sometimes to staff across the wider complex safeguarding workforce</li>  <li>staff support, this can be one-to-one or in a group format but is developed in collaboration with the staff to meet their needs.</li> </ul> <p>There are times when Trusted Relationship's clinicians my need to offer support to teams who have experienced a critical incident, however, this is done in collaboration with Clinical Lead and with the back up of the GM Resilience Hub.</p> <p>Please see the Job Description for more details.</p>

  <p>We are seeking an experienced and dynamic psychologist to join two innovative services in Swindon: the Primary Care Complex Emotional Needs Service (PC CEN) and the Primary Care Liaison Service (PCLS). This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills, contribute to service development, and deliver impactful psychological care within a forward-thinking and supportive environment.</p> <p>The role is designed to span both services, though we would consider applicants who are interested in applying for either part of the role.PC CEN provides brief psychological support for individuals experiencing emotional and relational difficulties, often associated with personality disorder. With new investment, the service is expanding to include support for people with complex PTSD who may not meet criteria for secondary mental health services. This is an exciting time to join a growing team and help shape the future direction of the service.</p> <p>PCLS provides mental health triage, assessment, brief interventions, advice, and signposting for diverse mental health issues.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>This role is currently structured as three days per week in PC CEN and two days per week in PCLS. However, we would consider applicants who are interested in applying for either part of the role.</p>
<p>As PC CEN Psychologist, you will lead the locality team as the service expands, overseeing therapists and Mental Health Wellbeing Practitioners (MHWPs) to deliver safe, evidence-based interventions for clients with complex emotional needs and complex PTSD. You will also provide these interventions to a small caseload of service users.</p>
<p>As PCLS Psychologist, you will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide assessment, formulation, brief interventions, and signposting for a wide range of mental health presentations. This part of the role is linked to the Swindon Psychological Therapies Service (PTS), which includes a trainee Clinical Associate Psychologist (CAP) and is actively developing its psychological offer.</p>

  <p>The Luton and Bedfordshire Liaison and Diversion Service (L&amp;DS) are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Band 5 Senior Assistant Psychologist to join our team on an 18 month fixed term contract. The post will be for 30 hours per week. Weekly supervision will be provided by a Clinical Psychologist.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate for the post will have experience of working in a mental health care setting as an Assistant Psychologist. Previous experience of working with forensic clients or hard to reach clients would be desirable. In terms of skills, we are particularly looking for applicants who are confident, resilient, reflective, willing to learn, and able to operate with a high level of autonomy. We are also looking for applicants who embrace and have experience of collaborative working with partner agencies, service users and carers, and who have a keen interest in working with police, probation and other public sector organisations.</p>
