  <p>The post holder will be responsible for the clinical leadership of a new consultation and supervision pathway which will include incorporating al aspects of clinical governance, and provision of high-quality clinical supervision. </p> <p>The post holder will be responsible for the systematic development and provision of a highly specialist autism consultation offer for the mental health teams and wards in the North Lincs area.. </p> <p>The post holder will develop and provide support that meets the agreed neurodiversity service priorities. CYP Psychological Training: Therapy Trainee CBT

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Band 8b registered clinical psychologist to work across the City and Hackney EQUIP and Heads Up Teams. EQUIP provides an assertive and responsive service to adults aged 18 - 65 for up to 3 years during their recovery from a first episode of psychosis. The service covers the City of London and London Borough of Hackney. Emphasis is placed on maximising wellbeing and on social, psychological, physical and educational/vocational recovery. The team works to standards set for early intervention in psychosis teams and participates in the annual National Clinical Audit on Psychosis. The team also works closely with the early detection team, HEADS UP, which provides support to those who are at risk of developing psychosis, and actively connects with local community groups in order to improve detection rates of this group.</p> <p>This post would be suitable for someone with significant experience, a strong interest in psychosis and early intervention and a collaborative approach to leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of psychology across EQUIP and Heads Up. They will also work closely with the operational lead and consultant psychiatrists as a member of the senior management team.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
   <p>The principal psychologist role provides leadership to and management of the psychology staff within the service, as well as contributing to the senior management team within the service. The post holder will work alongside clinical and/or counselling psychologists already in post to support individuals who are experiencing or at risk of developing first episode psychosis and their families/carers.</p> <p>The post holder will supervise and line manage the psychological professions in the team and lead on other aspects of governance required to deliver an effective service. </p> <p>Whilst there may be opportunities for a small caseload as well as supporting the team with complex assessments and psychological consultations, the main focus of the role is on the team's provision of effective and timely psychological interventions in accordance with NICE guidelines for Early Intervention in Psychosis, and ensuring that the psychological professionals are suitably led and supported towards that aim. </p>

  <p>We have a exciting vacancy that has arisen for newly qualified or early career Clinical or Counselling Psychologist within our Integrated Community Care and Recovery (ICCR) Services working across two of our service areas with adults with mental health difficulties in the community. The post will be 0.5 with a vibrant community mental health team and 0.5 with the enhanced team for personality disorders, both located in the Solihull Hub . This is an ideal post to apply your full range of psychological skills and knowledge including consultation, training, supervision, service development, leadership and research in addition to direct clinical work.</p>
<p>We are looking for a suitably experienced Clinical or Counselling Psychologists (or equivalent applied Psychological Practitioners). Based on experience, this post can either be offered at a Band 8a or a Band 7/ 8a Preceptorship arrangement. Applicants from final year trainees in a Preceptorship arrangement are welcome.</p>
<p>It is a stimulating time in the service as the post-holders will be part of multi-professional teams supporting the Transformation of our Community Services in BSMHFT as part of the NHS Long Term Plan.</p>

This multi-disciplinary, community service serves the Walsall area.</p> <p>Walsall CLDT is supportive, forward-thinking &amp; committed to improving patient care. It serves people with a learning disability experiencing significant mental health needs and/or displaying significant behavioural distress. It is part of a stepped care whole-pathway model linking with the IST, FCT, A&amp;T Inpatient services &amp; local Commissioning services.</p> <p>There are likely to be opportunities to work across the division, linking in to our community based services. <p>Guided by recovery principles, the team maintains close liaison and pathways with a range of existing and specialist mental health community teams, social support accommodation services and social care agencies across the Walsall area in order to ensure that people with a learning disability and mental health and/or behavioural distress needs are also well supported by the full range of services and opportunities that meet their whole life person centred needs and aspirations.</p>

  <p>The post-holder will be part of a team committed to MDT working with people with a learning disability. They will bring experience combining the best of evidence based clinical assessment &amp; formulation with integrative, client centred, therapeutic interventions.</p> <p>They will be skilled in both individual and group work adapted to match the different intellectual &amp; emotional abilities within the client group. They will have experience and skills to oversee the performance and development of existing psychological pathways, such as Trauma, PBS and Dementia.</p> <p>There are opportunities to develop new and existing group programmes. The post-holder support in training/supervising others, including practitioners &amp; trainees working within the team at different times.</p> <p>Psychologists throughout services across BCHFT have good links with the full range of Doctoral Psychology courses at the Universities of Birmingham, Coventry and Warwick and Wolverhampton.</p> <p>Key staff are closely involved with Research and Innovation.
