We are happy to consider flexible options.</p> <p>You will support our psychological therapies pathways, and this is most likely to be in our DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy) or CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) Team; according to service needs.</p> <p>You will also support the service transforming our ROMs (Routine Outcome Measures) delivery or support our existing clinical supervision programme; according to service needs. There are opportunities for indirect working (e.g. consultation).</p> <p>Our Service has 10 teams with excellent track records working closely together, with opportunities for gaining different experiences to develop your portfolio. Our internal training programme for staff is positively-rated and clinical supervision practice is highly valued.
