The successful candidate will also provide some SaLT support and advice at Baston House School in Bromley (20 mins away) The postholder will be part of the School Leadership Team (SLT) and work collaboratively with both the SLT and the Regional Clinical Lead to plan and prioritise work in line with EHCPs of our students. Working collaboratively with SLT, you will aim to embed clinical thinking wherever possible through work at the 'all' and 'group' level alongside our education colleagues. You will also support reflective practice, clinical consultations, supervision, assessment, planning, monitoring and delivery of bespoke programmes of SaLT support. You will oversee and monitor EHCP outcomes for all students with named clinical provision, including those with complex profiles of need as a result of autism and other types of neurodivergence, developmental trauma and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.
