  <p>Mind Matters Surrey NHS are a NHS Talking Therapies service looking for an enthusiastic and motivated therapist for a fixed term maternity cover.</p>
<p>Your role will be delivering evidence-based interventions, one to one and in group settings, to adults (aged 17yrs+) who have a range of Anxiety and Depression related problems.</p>

Come and join Horsham CAMHS where your skills, experience and ideas will be appreciated and valued! </p> <p>We are looking for a cognitive behavioural psychotherapist to join us for this 0.6 FTE role.</p> <p>We would particularly welcome applicants from minoritized backgrounds and those that actively demonstrate an interest in increasing young peoples' participation in shaping CAMHS delivery. BABCP accreditation is required for Band 7 positions.</p> <p>Our team has strong links to universities and researchers. A key advantage of working in secondary care is the chance to work alongside and learn from highly specialist nurses, psychiatrists, psychologists and psychotherapists (with trainings in systemic, DBT, creative, analytic and CBT). Within Sussex CAMHS we have a strong psychology and CBT team. You will be well-supported with training and CPD, and opportunities for career development.</p> <p>We would expect the therapist to be conversant with IAPT principles, and practiced in using ROMS and disorder specific outcome measures as part of evaluation and of their work, as well as part of ongoing team audit. It would also be helpful if the therapist has demonstrated experience of offering training and consultation to other professionals within and outside the team as necessary. </p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>As a member of the CAMHS team, you would participate in the core multi-disciplinary assessment and intervention work of the team, and engage in multi-agency liaison work as necessary. You would also be required to participate in the supervision, training and the overall governance requirements of SPFT CAMHS.</p> <p>We operate a pathways model and you would hold some clinical lead responsibilities within these, including decision-making around treatment options, and supervision of low intensity CBT practitioners and trainees. You would also play a lead role in our group interventions.</p> <p>You'd part of a very busy but lively and welcoming CAMHS team, which offers a wide range of individual, group and systemic interventions, and is involved in a number of innovative evaluation and research projects and service developments. As such, you would be encouraged to develop your skills, ideas and interests to further your expertise and that of the team, in accordance with service needs.</p>

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>

High Intensity Therapist CBT - Talking Therapies

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Band 8b registered clinical psychologist to work across the City and Hackney EQUIP and Heads Up Teams. EQUIP provides an assertive and responsive service to adults aged 18 - 65 for up to 3 years during their recovery from a first episode of psychosis. The service covers the City of London and London Borough of Hackney. Emphasis is placed on maximising wellbeing and on social, psychological, physical and educational/vocational recovery. The team works to standards set for early intervention in psychosis teams and participates in the annual National Clinical Audit on Psychosis. The team also works closely with the early detection team, HEADS UP, which provides support to those who are at risk of developing psychosis, and actively connects with local community groups in order to improve detection rates of this group.</p> <p>This post would be suitable for someone with significant experience, a strong interest in psychosis and early intervention and a collaborative approach to leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of psychology across EQUIP and Heads Up. They will also work closely with the operational lead and consultant psychiatrists as a member of the senior management team.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
   <p>The principal psychologist role provides leadership to and management of the psychology staff within the service, as well as contributing to the senior management team within the service. The post holder will work alongside clinical and/or counselling psychologists already in post to support individuals who are experiencing or at risk of developing first episode psychosis and their families/carers.</p> <p>The post holder will supervise and line manage the psychological professions in the team and lead on other aspects of governance required to deliver an effective service. </p> <p>Whilst there may be opportunities for a small caseload as well as supporting the team with complex assessments and psychological consultations, the main focus of the role is on the team's provision of effective and timely psychological interventions in accordance with NICE guidelines for Early Intervention in Psychosis, and ensuring that the psychological professionals are suitably led and supported towards that aim. </p>
