  <p>Lincolnshire Partnership Foundation NHS Trust (LPFT) delivers an NHS Talking Therapies service. An opportunity has arisen for a qualified counsellor Band 5 or Band 6 to join the Lincolnshire Talking Therapies service based in Spalding although you may also be required to cover alternative bases to meet service need. The Service provides evidence-based interventions within a stepped care model, treating people with mild to moderate common mental health problems.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work within a team environment and be thoroughly conversant with the use of clinical systems.</p> <p>The Band 5 counsellor will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team providing counselling for depression. The post holder will be expected to hold a clinical caseload and will be provided with clinical supervision. The service will provide the relevant training to acquire a qualification in a Talking Therapies modality of PCE-CfD.</p> <p>To acquire the Band 6 post the candidate will need to continue to hold a caseload, be accredited with a professional body, complete and pass a qualification in a Talking Therapy modality PCE-CfD. They will be responsible in providing clinical supervision to counselling colleagues.</p>

  <p><strong>Psychological Therapist</strong></p> <p>We are looking to recruit a part time Band 7 Psychological Therapist to join our Community Mental Health Team on a substantive, working 30 hours per week. The post is based at Chatterton House in Kings Lynn and serves the population of West Norfolk. The Psychology Resource within the West Adult CMHT is well embedded and contains a number of professionals including Clinical Psychology, CBT therapists, DBT therapists, Art Therapy, Clinical Associate Psychologists and Trainee Clinical Psychologists. We would welcome Psychological Therapists trained in a relational model of therapy to balance the existing compliment in the workforce.</p> <p>This post offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the care of adults experiencing complex mental health difficulties, including relational challenges, within a multi-disciplinary secondary care setting.</p> <p>You will be joining a diverse and skilled team with competencies and accreditations in a range of evidence-based psychological therapies.
