The position will be hybrid and you will have the opportunity to work from home but you must be able to physically attend Canterbury Christ Church University in person throughout the course; this will usually be a Monday and Tuesday. There may be additional days that you will need to attend in person but notice will be given as far in advance as possible. We also require you to attend a weekly in-person clinic, this will be decided by your line manager depending on service needs and your location.

  <p>Mind Matters Surrey NHS are an innovative IAPT (Talking Therapy) service looking for an enthusiastic and motivated therapist where blended in person and remote working will help you to thrive in our team.</p>
<p>Your role will be delivering evidence-based interventions, one to one and in group settings, to adults (aged 17yrs+) who have a range of Anxiety and Depression related problems.</p>
<p>You'll be joining a strong, supportive team which is part of the Surrey and Borders NHS Partnership. High Intensity Therapist CBT - Talking Therapies

  <p>The successful applicant will be joining the service during an exciting period of service development and transformation. They will receive clinical supervision from a senior Psychologist (with BABCP Accreditation if required) and will work closely with AEDS psychological therapies team.</p> <p>The post holder will be responsible for providing or contributing to the clinical supervision of Trainee Psychologists and Assistant Psychologists; this is, with support and, where applicable, training to assist in the development of these supervision skills.</p> <p>The post holder will be expected to carry out comprehensive assessments and formulations and plan, implement and evaluate the delivery of their psychological interventions (individual and group).   <p>The post holder will provide a high quality, specialist applied psychology service to clients, their families or carers, where there are complex and comorbid presentations. They will have assessment, intervention and formulation skills in a range of psychological models, including CBT and attachment-based models. The post holder will be expected to take a clinical leadership roleand to have supervisory experience. They will be responsible for the supervision of Assistant Psychologists, Clinical Trainees and Psychology Graduate Volunteers and will support psychological practice within the wider team through consultation, supervision, formulation and training. They will utilise research skills for audit and research within the area and contribute to service improvement and development.</p> <p>There will be opportunities to lead on pathway developments as part of the transformation developing the psychological offer and supporting the MDT in psychological thinking. As such we would welcome applicants from anyone with specific interest in psychosis, trauma, emotional intensity or particular therapy approach such as CBT, Family work, CAT or EMDR.</p>

  <p>We are seeking an experienced and dynamic psychologist to join two innovative services in Swindon: the Primary Care Complex Emotional Needs Service (PC CEN) and the Primary Care Liaison Service (PCLS). This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills, contribute to service development, and deliver impactful psychological care within a forward-thinking and supportive environment.</p> <p>The role is designed to span both services, though we would consider applicants who are interested in applying for either part of the role.PC CEN provides brief psychological support for individuals experiencing emotional and relational difficulties, often associated with personality disorder. With new investment, the service is expanding to include support for people with complex PTSD who may not meet criteria for secondary mental health services. This is an exciting time to join a growing team and help shape the future direction of the service.</p> <p>PCLS provides mental health triage, assessment, brief interventions, advice, and signposting for diverse mental health issues. You will work closely with the Swindon Psychological Therapies Service (PTS) to deliver high-quality psychological care, contributing to a multidisciplinary approach that supports timely and effective mental health support in primary care settings.</p> <p>Both services are based in the same location, and the teams work closely together to ensure joined-up care and a supportive working environment.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>This role is currently structured as three days per week in PC CEN and two days per week in PCLS. However, we would consider applicants who are interested in applying for either part of the role.</p>
<p>As PC CEN Psychologist, you will lead the locality team as the service expands, overseeing therapists and Mental Health Wellbeing Practitioners (MHWPs) to deliver safe, evidence-based interventions for clients with complex emotional needs and complex PTSD. You will also provide these interventions to a small caseload of service users.</p>
<p>As PCLS Psychologist, you will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide assessment, formulation, brief interventions, and signposting for a wide range of mental health presentations. This part of the role is linked to the Swindon Psychological Therapies Service (PTS), which includes a trainee Clinical Associate Psychologist (CAP) and is actively developing its psychological offer.</p>
