You will work closely with our Community Development and Criminal Justice Services Practitioners to ensure survivors have access to proper support. All staff have a Thematic Leadership area to expand the organisations knowledge in areas impacting male survivors and their loved ones.</p><p>Youll be a qualified and experienced practitioner working with trauma with a background of mental health and engagement. Were especially keen to hear from people with experience in working with men, sexual harms and their loved ones, but we value transferable skills too.   <p></p><p>This is an opportunity to lead psychological care provision in Salford for people identified as being 'at risk' of developing first episode psychosis, and those experiencing first episode psychosis. Salford EDIT and EI teams are multidisciplinary teams with a strong culture of facilitating personal recovery via psychological and psychosocial interventions.</p> <p>The post-holder will lead on the development and delivery of psychological interventions, ensuring high quality evidence-based and trauma-informed practice across the pathway.
