  <p>We are seeking Cognitive Behaviour Therapists (CBT) who are keen to work for our Talking Therapies Gloucestershire and are either newly qualified or further into their careers who want to join a progressive and passionate service to the population we serve. We are continually looking for innovative ideas to address patient care and staff wellbeing including the recent addition of a Referral Liaison Team who manage our referrals and other queries from the service and Trust staff which has reduced pressure on staff during their working week.We have positions within our South team based out of Stroud and our Gloucester/ Forest of Dean teams based out of Gloucester.As a valued member of our team, you will:- Deliver Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) in line with NICE guidance- Provide therapy both in-person and remotely from one of our four bases- Work collaboratively within a supportive clinical team- Contribute to meeting local and national service targetsWe offer flexible working patterns where possible, though an initial period of on-site work is expected. Long-term arrangements will be guided by service needs and client demand.</p>   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>We are a progressive service who actively encourage staff to seek out CPD opportunities including further training including eg EMDR, Supervision and CfD. Access to BESPOKE training, undertaking weekly supervision, plus regular clinical skills, team meetings, and away days where teams can come together.</p>

  <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Gloucestershire Mental Health Support Team for the recruitment of Qualified Education Mental Health Practitioner's (EMHP) or Children's Wellbeing Practitioners.</p>
<p>In line with the government's priority to increase access and availability of mental health and wellbeing support for children and young people, the EMHP role is an exciting opportunity to deliver evidence-based early interventions for children and young people, working across both educational settings and healthcare sectors.</p>
<p>Successful candidates will be employed on a full-time basis based within Gloucestershire, and will play a key role as members of the Mental Health Support Team, who will have the responsibility for delivering schools' overarching approach to providing mental health and wellbeing support for children and young people.</p>
<p>Potential candidates will have already successfully completed the HEE commissioned 1yr 'Education Mental Health Practitioner' course or the equivalent 'Children's Wellbeing Practitioner' course.</p>

  <p>We are a small supportive Psychological Therapies team, working across Stroud and Cirencester. We currently consist of two Clinical Psychologists, an Art Psychotherapist, CBT Nurse Therapist and a Clinical Associate Psychologist. We offer a wide range of interventions to people who are working with the Recovery teams (secondary adult mental health).</p> <p>Applications to this role ae welcome from a wide range of psychological therapy practitioners with an interest in working with people with high levels of complexity, and in particular from therapists with an interest in CBT for psychosis (either trained or willing to undergo training), Arts Psychotherapists and psychodynamically trained therapists.</p> <p>We have a full time post available and will also consider job sharing or part time hours requests.</p> <p>If you feel that your qualifications might meet our needs, please contact us to discuss the post.</p>

  <p><strong>This role is offered on a permanent basis</strong><strong>. The hours are part-time, 22.5 hours per week.</strong></p>  <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Perinatal Mental Health Team due to current post holder leaving.</p> <p>We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Psychological Practitioner (Psychologist, Adult Psychotherapist, Arts Psychotherapist or CBT Therapist) to join our well-established MDT working in the Perinatal Mental Health Service.</p> <p>The Perinatal Mental Health Service provides evidence based care for women, their infants and their families, in line with the commitments set out in the NHS Long Term plan. The service prioritises access and care for women with moderate to severe mental health difficulties and works closely with general adult services, maternity, primary care and social care.</p> <p>While this post will primarily focus on delivering psychological interventions to individuals and families (both directly and by supervising and supporting MDT colleagues) there will also be scope for delivering training, teaching and consultation to other professionals.</p> <p>The successful candidate will be joining a supportive and engaged Psychological Interventions team and will receive regular supervision and CPD as well as informal support.</p>

  <ul>  <li>To be responsible for promoting the psychological health and well-being of women within the perinatal service and to provide specialist advice guidance to other staff members when required.</li>  <li>To provide of high-quality evidence-based psychological treatments to women with complex co-morbidity, providing individually tailored psychological treatment programmes addressing problems such as severe depression and anxiety, perinatal obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), bipolar disorder, personality disorder and psychosis.
