Overview A Vacancy at Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust. The postholder will undertake a key worker role alongside an assessment and formulation role within the team. The Living Well Service enables timely access to mental health services when people need it most and provides support for people who might not traditionally meet the threshold or criteria of traditional mental health services.
