  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>

Youve likely balanced <strong>leadership with direct delivery</strong>, and you understand the importance of keeping the child or young person at the centre of everything you do.</p> <p>Youll bring:</p> <ul>  <li>A <strong>core professional qualification</strong> such as EMHP, PMHW, social work, nursing or another relevant mental health background</li>  <li><strong>Experience delivering therapeutic interventions</strong> to children and young people</li>  <li><strong>Confidence in clinical supervision and decision making</strong>, including safeguarding and managing risk</li>  <li>The ability to <strong>guide and develop others</strong> in a values led, strengths based way</li>  <li><strong>Excellent partnership skills</strong> and a clear, compassionate communication style</li> </ul> <p>Youll be confident managing your own caseload, supporting daily triage, and building effective links across schools, services and communities.
