You will work closely with our Community Development and Criminal Justice Services Practitioners to ensure survivors have access to proper support. All staff have a Thematic Leadership area to expand the organisations knowledge in areas impacting male survivors and their loved ones.</p><p>Youll be a qualified and experienced practitioner working with trauma with a background of mental health and engagement. Were especially keen to hear from people with experience in working with men, sexual harms and their loved ones, but we value transferable skills too. It's the golden thread that runs through every leader, team and individual. <br><br> <b>The role:</b> <br><br> We are looking for a Practitioner Psychologist to join our in-house clinical team at Meadowcroft school. <br><br> Working collaboratively with the education team, you will deliver psychological assessment and intervention to pupils who may have experienced developmental trauma, be neurodivergent or have SEMH needs. You will work within the standards provided in the OFG Psychological Practice Ways of Working. This will guide your practice within an education setting and clarify your roles and responsibilities, while taking into account the requirements of your governing and professional bodies. You will be given responsibility for holding a psychological caseload, with the full support of your designated clinical supervisor and site lead, also contributing to school development, staff training and consultation as required.
