Brighton &amp; Hove Clinic provides a CAMHS Tier 4 eating disorder service for young people aged 12 to 18 years with a primary diagnosis of an eating disorder: or those with eating difficulties with other co-occurring conditions such as depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder and self-harming behaviours. Our patients can also present with co-morbid attachment difficulties, ASC (both diagnosed and undiagnosed) and with emotion regulation difficulties. We provide individualised and formulation driven treatment programmes to support children and adolescents to begin their recovery and transition safely back into the community. Interventions include individual therapy, systemic family therapy, occupational therapy, therapeutic and activity groups, meal support sessions and a psychoeducational family support group.
The role is an exciting opportunity to join an established and passionate psychology team (made up of a Consultant clinical psychologist, Highly specialist cognitive-behaviour therapist, Apprentice clinical associate psychologist and Assistant psychologist), whilst also contributing to the development of an individualised and patient-centred service committed to improving clinical practice and effectiveness. Lead Psychologist Part Time

We are looking for HCPC registered clinical or counselling psychologists skilled at working with young people (18-25 &amp; 8-18 years respectively) with eating disorders and complex co-morbid presentations e.g. ASC, complex trauma, emerging EUPD, depression, OCD and self-harm.
