North London Foundation NHS Trust is at the forefront of this transformation, developing a more holistic, recovery oriented, biopsychosocial approach to supporting people with mental health difficulties, in partnership with primary care, other community NHS providers and the voluntary sector. The aim is to build support systems that reach the whole mental health population with a focus on prevention and sustained recovery delivered by multi-agency collaboration. Each population unit is based on the footprint of a Primary Care Network (PCN), bringing together NHS, voluntary sector, peer support and community organisations. These relationships will be central to the new community mental health model.Clinical Associate Psychologists are an innovative role in mental health services, that are core to this community transformation and offering high quality clinical care to the Camden borough.We have an opportunity for a qualified Clinical Associate Psychologist (Band 6) to join our South Camden Core Team on a full-time basis.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p></p><p>The CAP role is central to the team's psychological provision, with opportunities for group interventions, 1:1 therapy using a Structured Clinical Management model and other evidence based approaches, alongside joint assessment, formulation, intervention and consultation.</p> <p>There will be opportunities for leadership, research, service development and consultation to the system, which will involve liaising with professionals involved in the in care of the individual. The teams work closely as MDTs, with weekly clinical meetings where complex cases can be thought about and MDT formulations can be developed. This is a multidisciplinary team including Consultant Psychiatrist and Consultant Paediatricians, Clinical Psychology, Family Therapy, CBT and SFP trained staff, Nursing, Support Worker, Assistant Practitioner and Assistant Psychology.</p> <p>The successful applicant will provide a substantial contribution to the clinical work of the team and will hold full case management responsibility for their workload. Regular clinical supervision will be provided.</p> <p>The main base for this post will be at Alder Hey, but appointments across Liverpool and Sefton will be required.</p> <p>Experience working with children and young people with an eating disorder and/or ARFID will be beneficial. In addition to undertaking assessments and providing intervention and support to children, young people and their families, the post holder will also undertake physical monitoring under the guidance of our Consultant Paediatricians.</p>

  <p></p><p>To provide highly specialised assessment and therapeutic interventions and to offer advice and consultation to other professionals across a range of agencies including: primary care, social care, and education.</p>
<p>The post holder will have clinical responsibility for complex therapeutic and risk management work with children and young people who have been assessed to require specialist support for eating disorders</p>
<p>The services comprise several multi-disciplinary teams including staff from varied backgrounds, including psychology, psychiatry, social work, nursing and psychotherapy. In addition, our team members are trained in a wealth of different therapeutic interventions and approaches, making the teams truly multi-disciplinary.</p>
<p>The post holder will provide both clinical and line manager supervision to junior members of the team as well as a leadership role within the service.</p>

This is a post within an established Mental Health Support Team in Luton. Your role will help to develop and deliver a wide range of interventions, projects and system changes, with the aim of the whole school and whole community approaches supporting young people's mental health. There is a specific focus on developing more access to help and aiding and improving the general culture of emotional support within all primary and secondary schools, including special educational provisions and PRUs.   <p></p><p>Sefton Enhanced Support Team is looking for an experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our service.</p> <p>The Enhanced Support Team works with children and young people with complex needs who present with high risk, high harm behaviours and high vulnerability. They are likely to have difficulties in multiple domains which are persistent, severe and are framed by family and social contexts (family disruption, loss, ACEs). This may include for example, children and young people who are involved in youth justice services, not in education employment or training, who engage in substance misuse, have multiple adverse childhood experiences, who are neurodiverse or have speech language and communication difficulties etc. These children and young people are likely to have been referred to multiple services, but there are significant barriers to engagement</p> <p>Sefton Enhanced Support Team has links into Community CAMHS however is integrated with Children's Services including Social Care and Youth Justice.</p> <p>The successful applicant will provide a substantial contribution to the clinical work of the team and will hold case management responsibility for their workload. Provision of supervision to lower banded team members, students and other internal professionals as required is expected.</p> <p>We are particularly seeking candidates who have experience of working within complex systems, providing case consultation and working with families indirectly via wider professional involvement.</p>
