  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>ou will be a registered staff nurse and have excellent assessment, planning and evaluation skills to deliver clinical care to patients and support our Nursing Assistants.
You will coordinate and manage care ensuring that all calls are effectively assessed, triaged, allocated and recorded. You will have an overview of the service as a whole to ensure that patients and staff remain safe and care is appropriate and effective overnight. E.g. re-allocating work to cover unexpected staff absence.  At times you will be expected to work clinically and deliver direct patient care, though the majority of your role will be clinical triage via telephone. 
You must have excellent communication, organisational and IT skills as you will be coordinating care for a large number of complex patients.
You will provide clinical leadership, including line management of Band 5 Staff Nurses, and oversee line management of our Band 3 Nursing Assistants.
You must be able to think on your feet, problem solve and juggle conflicting priorities as well as motivate others in challenging times and utilise the resources available to you effectively.
The hours of work are 17:00pm-22:00pm over 7 days a week (including bank holidays).  The role is based from Hunslet Health Centre, though it is expected that you could travel across the city of Leeds during your shift to deliver patient care. 
It would be expected that you are available to work on a rota over 7 evenings per week, 365 days per year.

  <p>The Wellbeing in Mind team has 3 functions:</p> <ol>  <li>Support the development of a whole-school or college approach to wellbeing.   <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 7 Clinical Psychologist or Specialist Practitioner Psychologist to work as part of the neuropsychology service within the Mid Yorkshire NHS Teaching Trust. This is a fixed term post for 5.5 months, full-time though we will consider application for part time hours. The role will work in our neuropsychology outpatients department.   <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Clinical/Forensic Psychologistto join our inpatient rehabilitation team at Forest Close.</p> <p>You will be joining a supportive therapy team of psychologists, CAPS, assistant psychologist and music therapy working at Forest Close. The successful candidate will be based working across 3 wards at Forest Close. You will take a key role in supporting and implementing compassionate, high-quality, evidence-based care , with opportunities to be innovative and influential and will develop your formulation and consultation skills in addition to direct clinical work, service development and leadership. The post will suit a candidate who has experience and interest in working with people with complex mental health difficulties within an MDT. We will support your ongoing development in a specialty area of clinical practice core to mental health rehabilitation, through CPD, supervision and service development.</p> <p><em>For full details please read the Job Description document.</em></p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The post will suit a candidate who has experience and interest in working with people with severe, chronic and complex mental health difficulties within a multidisciplinary team and who can offer both direct and indirect work with service users, their families/carers and staff.</p> <p>You will be involved in offering team formulation, reflective practice, teaching &amp; training. Psychology roles are highly valued by the team and a positive approach and commitment to multidisciplinary teamwork is essential.</p> <p>- To provide specialist psychological assessment, formulation and evidence based short term interventions for individuals and/or families/carers with service users who are presenting with complex and distressing psychological problems, including psychosis and complex trauma.</p> <p>- To provide clinical leadership and contribute to the provision of a trauma-informed and least restrictive environment through supporting the staff team in their decision making and offering indirect support through team formulation, reflective practice and individual supervision.</p> <p>- To undertake Supervisor Training and Recognition (STAR) qualification and offer clinical supervision to others.</p> <p>- To ensure the clinical effectiveness of own practice and of service functioning by undertaking research and development activities relevant to inpatient rehabilitation settings.</p> <ul>  <li><em>For full details please read the Job Description document</em></li> </ul>
