  <p>We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed clinician who has experience working with complex cases within the area of community mental health with individuals who struggle with complex trauma, severe mental health illness and / or personality disorder.</p><p>Applications are invited for qualified clinical associate psychologist looking to extend their clinical and team working knowledge and experience.</p><p>The postholder will use a range of evidence-based psychological models and protocols when addressing individualised patient need and critically appraise these models and interventions (e.g. CBT, DBT, CFT) to inform treatment planning and appropriate choice of treatment protocols and understand how to interpret treatment choices with individuals, groups and other healthcare colleagues, when managing complex and chronic needs.</p><p>The role offers exciting opportunities for direct clinical interventions and multi-disciplinary team working, implementing evidence-based programmes of group and individual psychological therapies as well as providing consultation and supervision to other team members.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>

<p><strong>We have a new opportunity for a part time Clinical Psychologist to join our CAMHS Eating Disorders Team, where you will have the opportunity to use and develop your specialist skills.</strong></p>
<p>We are seeking a part-time Clinical Psychologist (22.5 hours per week) to join our award-winning team, recently recognised with the Oxford Health 2024 Flexible Team Award. We invest strongly in staff development, offering training, supervision and specialist interest groups to support skills in interventions such as FT-AN, CBT (including CBT-E) and NET.</p>
<p>As a senior team member, you will provide supervision, consultation and leadership, with extensive opportunities for further professional development in these areas.</p>
<p>You will work within our Specialist Eating Disorders Team, part of a multidisciplinary CAMHS service alongside a Consultant Psychologist, Band 7 Psychologist, Clinical Associate Psychologists, Trainee Psychologists, CBT Trainees/Therapists and Children's Wellbeing Practitioners.</p>
<p>Staff wellbeing is central to our service. We are a highly supportive team, and managers work with you to ensure manageable caseloads and to help you develop special interests.</p>
<p>Most clinical work is delivered face to face, with opportunities for regular home working depending on service needs and diary commitments.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>

<li>Work within a multidisciplinary team including Psychologists, Family Therapists, Psychotherapists, CWPs, Psychiatrists, Nurses, Social Workers and Occupational Therapists.</li>
<li>Access a range of specialist clinics (e.g., LD, NDC, FT, ED) with opportunities for shared learning and expertise.</li>
<li>Deliver high-quality specialist clinical psychology within the CAMHS Eating Disorder Service.</li>
<li>Provide assessment, formulation, risk assessment and evidence-based care plans for children and young people with eating disorders and complex mental health needs.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with partner agencies, including Salisbury District Hospital</li>

<p>We have a strong psychology network and professional leadership across the 5 CAMHS teams in BSW (Bath and Northeast Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire) and strong links with the Doctoral Training course at Bath University.</p>
