  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>You will provide one to one high intensity CBT or EMDR, alongside stabilisation and collaboration with Peer Specialists to provide the Flourish care model for adults with symptoms of PTSD and C-PTSD.</p> <p>Good administrative, time management and communication skills are also essential. Flourish - High Intensity CBT/EMDR Therapist

  <p>Trainee DBT Therapist</p> <p>Specialist Mental Health Practitioner, Band 6</p> <p>22.5hours pw</p>  <p>The Intensive Psychological Therapies Service is a forward thinking, dynamic group treatment service for people with complex trauma and long-standing interpersonal difficulties. Our therapies include Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Radically Open DBT (RO-DBT), Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)</p> <p>We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic professional to join our Pan Dorset DBT team for 22.5 hours per week. You must have a recognised qualification in one of the core mental health professions e.g. psychology, psychiatric nursing, social work or occupational therapy, and previous experience in mental health. Training in DBT will be provided - this is a 2-year course and successful completion will result in a Postgraduate Diploma in DBT. The IPTS DBT team, which is based in Poole and Dorchester, will support the applicant throughout.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>Under the direction of the Head of IPTS, to be responsible for delivering a comprehensive, psychological therapy assessment and specialist intervention service, and to recommend in the allocation of patients to appropriate interventions. To provide peer clinical supervision to other staff as directed. In keeping with NIMHE Personality Disorder guidelines (2003), the emphasis of the IPTS will be on time-limited, focused and evidence-based interventions.</p>

  <p><strong>Are you an HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist looking for a new challenge?</strong></p> <p><strong>We have a new opportunity for a part time Clinical Psychologist to join our CAMHS Eating Disorders Team, where you will have the opportunity to use and develop your specialist skills.</strong></p> <p>You'll be working as part of a team that has recently won the Oxford Health staff 2024 Flexible team award. We pride ourselves in investing in staff with training and development opportunities available to all. Training, supervision and special interests groups are available to enhance your competencies in delivering specific therapeutic interventions including FT-AN, CBT (including CBT-E), NET etc.</p> <p>As a more senior member of the team supervision, consultation and leadership are key and training and development opportunities related to this are multiple.</p> <p>You'll be spending your time in our Specialist Eating Disorders Team. The CAMHS teams are multidisciplinary and you will be part of a psychological therapies workforce that includes a Consultant Psychologist, band 7 Psychologist, clinical associate Psychologists, Trainee Psychologists, CBT Trainees / Therapists and Children's Wellbeing Practitioners.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>Working as part of our multi-disciplinary team, which consists of Psychologists, Family therapists, Psychotherapists, Children's Wellbeing Practitioners, Psychiatrists, Nurses, Social Workers and Occupational Therapists, and in a team where a number of specialist clinics are offered eg LD, NDC, FT, ED, you will find plenty of opportunities to learn from colleagues and share expertise.</p>
<p>On a day-to-day basis, you will be working within the CAMHS Eating Disorder Service ensuring the systemic provision of a high-quality specialist clinical psychology service to clients with eating disorders and complex mental health problems including severe, enduring and multiple disorders. You undertaking mental health assessments, formulating, risk assessing and devising evidence-based care plans for children and young people (CYP). Collaborative working is key and we are proud of the relationships the team has with partner agencies including Salisbury District Hospital.</p>
<p>We have a strong psychology network and professional leadership across the 5 CAMHS teams in BSW (Bath and Northeast Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire) and strong links with the Doctoral Training course at Bath University.</p>
