  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The main duties of the job are to provide consultation, formulation, assessment and psychological intervention to service users and carers within a CMHT context. You will provide DBT and other evidence-based individual and group interventions and help the broader team deliver psychologically informed interventions and provide training to support this.</p>

  <p>We have two North CMHTs, based at the Peddars Centre at Hellesdon Hospital. There is a positive culture around formulation led and trauma-informed care and we provide a broad range of NICE-endorsed therapeutic approaches. We are pro-active in developing staff around our identified service needs, supported by further training and project work. The Youth Service, provides specialist mental health support for 14 - 25 year olds. In our service we support young people who are experiencing moderate to severe mental health difficulties. <p>The CYP services in Central Norfolk provide specialist mental health interventions to young people up to 25 in the central Norfolk area, as well as providing specialist intervention to Looked After and Adopted Children across Norfolk and Waveney. Currently the CYP services in Norfolk and divided into an under 14 CAMHs Service and a 14 - 25 Youth Service</p>
