Are you ready to take on an exciting role working in Adult Mental Health on a full or part-time basis with the New Forest CMHT (West) team based at Waterford House in New Milton. You will be responsible for care-coordinating caseload of service users with complex long-term mental health problems who find it difficult to engage with services. You will work in a strengths-based and recovery-focused way to support service users to meet their mental health needs.
