  <p>This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and registered psychological therapist or counsellor to join our dedicated Psychological Therapies Team, working with adult patients across the Trust. The role offers variety and professional development, as you will work across our three hospital sites, gaining exposure to different settings and experiences--while only ever being based at one site at a time.</p>
<p>For the first six months, you will be primarily based at Southend Hospital, providing continuity as you settle into the role. This position is part-time, two days per week, and is ideal for a skilled therapist looking to make a meaningful impact on patient wellbeing within a supportive and collaborative environment.</p>

  <p>Main duties are:</p>  <ul>  <li>To work with adult inpatients and outpatients and their families. Inpatients will be from the general hospital, as this role will not be with burns patients.</li>  <li>To provide specialised psychological assessment and therapy based on a holistic formulation and sound evidence base</li>  <li>To participate in MDT discussions and decision making when appropriate.</li>  <li>To offer consultation around patients' psychological care to non-psychological colleagues, and to other non-professional carers</li>  <li>To offer support to hospital staff through signposting and clinical team based supports such as reflective spaces to relevant staff.</li> </ul>   <h3>About us</h3>

  <p>The Wellbeing Service is part of the national IAPT programme, aimed at helping people across Suffolk aged 16 and over, who are suffering with mild to moderately severe anxiety and depression.</p> <p>You will be fully accredited CBT Therapist with the BABCP.</p> <p>We want patients and staff to recommend our organisation as a place where they would be happy for their friends and family to be treated. You can help us do this by bringing your skills, experience and commitment to The Wellbeing Service.</p> <p>The Wellbeing Service is expanding, and we work closely with community colleagues to support people living with Long Term Conditions as well as our core work. We will offer evidence based psychological treatments to help individuals to live well with their condition, and strengthen links with key physical health colleagues in our area. Additional training in working with Long Term Conditions will be provided.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
   <p>You will provide high intensity interventions to a range of adults with anxiety, depression and trauma related problems. You will receive regular supervision as well as in service training and CPD days that ensure your continued learning and development. This is an opportunity to join an established team of Psychological Therapists providing a range of NICE compliant treatments at Step 3. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.</p> <p>Experience of working in Primary Care will be an advantage. As well as 1:1 work you may be expected to co-facilitate group interventions. For the delivery of group work we provide training and additional support, should you need it.</p> <p>As a Band 7 therapist, you will contribute to the on-going development and evaluation of the service.</p> <p>The post will be based in one of our sites in Ipswich or Bury St Edmunds, dependent on applicants own location, however, there is a requirement to work across Suffolk as required. Treatments are currently being delivered digitally and remotely from home as well as face to face treatment provision in clinical spaces across the county. There will therefore be an expectation to work a hybrid model of set days at home and set days from a clinic setting. </p>

  <p>We are looking for a compassionate psychologist (clinical/ forensic) to join us at Ridgeway in our Secure Inpatient Psychology Service TEWV NHS Trust. It is a Fixed Term 12month post to cover maternity leave. Experience working with a Learning Disability population is preferrable.</p> <p>The post would suit an enthusiastic Psychologist, valuing the opportunity to work collaboratively with members of a well-established multi-disciplinary team, where psychology is a core treatment offer.   <p>Our dedicated team is seeking to recruit a fixed term or secondment opportunity for a Band 7 Psychological Therapist. This post will be covering maternity leave within the team for 12 months. We are seeking a therapist with an accredited core therapy training and experience working with individuals with complex or single event trauma and/or loss. Training and experience in delivering either Trauma-focused CBT or EMDR is desirable but not essential. The role involves delivering evidence-based interventions to support women and birthing people who have experienced mental health difficulties relating to their birth experience, including Birth Trauma, fear of childbirth (Tokophobia), baby loss and separation from their baby due to Children's Services involvement.</p> <p>This fantastic opportunity has arisen to be involved in the continued development and delivery of a specialist birth trauma and perinatal loss service. The Lotus Maternal Therapeutic Outreach Service launched in June 2021 as a pilot site chosen to develop and trial a Maternal Mental Health Service (MMHS) as part of the NHS Long Term Plan. Together with the wider perinatal service, the Lotus team was awarded 'Team of the Year' in the NSFT Staff Excellence Awards 2022. We are a small, dedicated team comprising of Clinical Psychologists, Peer Support Workers and Specialist Midwives, offering specialist assessment and psychological interventions to women and birthing people.</p>   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p><strong><em>Do you have empathy and passion to support women experiencing perinatal trauma and/or loss? Do you have experience of working within perinatal services or an interest in perinatal mental health and willingness to learn more about working within this field?</em></strong></p> <p>This exciting opportunity is available to be part of a developing a service, working with the Lotus Maternal Therapeutic Outreach Team. The successful candidate will contribute to the provision of the Psychological Therapy Services within NSFT.</p> <p>Interventions currently offered by the team include CBT, EMDR, Compassion Focused Therapy and CAT. The role will involve liaising with other health care teams and supporting families with possible safeguarding risks.</p> <p>The role will also include completing telephone triage and mental health assessments for new referrals.</p>

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>This post is part of the Perinatal Psychological Therapies leadership team responsible for overseeing the Psychology provision in their patch. The Clinical Psychology team across the service comprises one band 8b Clinical Psychologist, band 8a Practitioner Psychologists, band 7 Practitioner Psychologists, Assistant Psychologists, Trainee Clinical Psychologists and Honorary Placement Students.</p>
<p>The post holder will actively contribute to the planning, development and evaluation of perinatal mental health services using advanced clinical leadership skills and knowledge to provide training and consultancy in clinical psychology within the specialty area of perinatal mental health. The post holder will be responsible for assessing and treating service users in Camden and Islington. 20% of their workload is expected to be management &amp; leadership and 80% will be clinical interventions. They are expected to hold a highly complex caseload.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p><strong>The current post advertised is for 1 part-time (0.4wte), permanent role for Senior Perinatal Practitioner Psychological Therapist (BABCP accredited): </strong></p> <p><strong>Based in the East Team, with boroughs of responsibility Enfield &amp; Haringey.</strong></p> <p><strong>Important note: The successful candidate will be expected to build community links, referral pathways and provide clinical assessments and evidence based interventions both at their borough of responsibility and their team base. The post holder will jointly oversee the Perinatal Psychology caseload of the East sub-team (Enfield and Haringey) with another 8a already in post.</strong></p>  <p>The post holder will ensure the formulation of profession specific highly specialist care and treatment plans which provide specialist interventions / care to service users with complex mental health conditions. The post holder will be responsible for supporting and supervising band 7 Psychologists and/or trainees, ensuring that the SPMHS Psychology team understands and operates to the requirements of the service line operational policy and service line strategy and that safe, evidence based, NICE concordant, effective, culturally competent care is delivered in a timely manner to service users.</p>
